We are seeking a highly skilled

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant with proven expertise in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP SD modules. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in SAP SD and a strong ability to develop innovative application solutions that streamline and optimize sales, order management, and distribution processes. This role also requires mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design & Development
  • Design and implement robust SAP SD solutions that align with sales and distribution strategies.
  • Develop innovative application features that enhance order-to-cash processes and customer experience.
  • Configure SAP SD modules including pricing, billing, order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Perform thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of SAP SD solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to gather and understand requirements.
  • Provide functional insights and translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Industry Alignment
  • Stay updated with industry trends, SAP innovations, and best practices in sales and distribution processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance business process efficiency and system performance.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
  • Mentor junior SAP consultants and team members by sharing expertise, best practices, and technical guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through active knowledge exchange.
  • Documentation & Support
  • Create detailed documentation for configurations, solutions, and user procedures.
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module configuration and support.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP SD, including:
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Pricing and Conditions Techniques
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Shipping and Transportation
  • Credit Management and Output Determination
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or rollout project.
  • Solid understanding of SD integration with modules such as MM, FI, and CRM.
  • Ability to create functional and technical specifications for custom developments.
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging and working with technical teams is a plus.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Treasury Income and Investment Strategies

    • Responsible for all treasury income lines, including structured products, retail sukuk, and foreign exchange.
    • Generate sound investment ideas that align with clients' portfolios and the Bank's market outlook, capturing opportunities through treasury solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients on complex technical subjects, helping them improve their understanding of financial markets and the value and risks of financial solutions through educational events.

    Central Dealing Hub and Market Insights
    • Act as a central dealing hub for treasury and capital market products.
    • Provide market updates on currency, equity, and sukuk market movements during weekly investment updates.
    • Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
    • Serve as a point of reference for currency pairing suggestions and insights into currency market movements.
    • Responsible for deviation validation and approval as an independent party.

    Relationship Management and Client Collaboration
    • Act as the central liaison between Relationship Managers and Treasury or other business providers in capital market intermediation.
    • Establish strong partnerships with Relationship Managers to drive revenue growth and address clients' treasury and capital market product needs.
    • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to understand clients' needs and tailor investment products accordingly.
    • Provide timely market information to Relationship Managers and clients on trends that can be converted into business opportunities.
    • Update Relationship Managers and their clients on the underlying currencies, equities, and sukuk in their investments, and recommend trade ideas.
    • Conduct training and coaching for Relationship Managers to enhance their competency in treasury products.

    Compliance and Operational Duties
    • Ensure adherence to and compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
    • Perform any other duties as directed by superiors in line with business needs.

    Job Requirements
    • Diploma or degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on training and Premier Wealth Banking.
    • Well-versed in the regulatory framework associated with licensing.
    • Knowledgeable about filing requirements related to licensing with regulators, such as FIMM and Takaful Examination.
    • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, even under pressure.
    • Highly independent, with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and results orientation.
    • Possesses strong business writing, memo, and presentation skills.
    • Highly capable of forming deep and meaningful connections with others.
    • Proficient in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.
    • CIFP, CFA, UTC, TBE/PCE, or CEILI license holders will have an added advantage.

    Job Summary

    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Develop automation dashboards with effective data visualization, ensure data accuracy and propose enhancements of reporting efficiency

    • Sales Forecasting - Analyse and review historical data and identify spikes and recurring patterns.

    • Sales and stock planning - have deep understanding by product and coordinate with nationwide team on stock allocation and sales plans

    • Campaign & Program Planning Support - Provide pre-campaign forecasts and post-campaign performances to measure effectiveness and future improvements

    • Data Analysis & Insights - Prepaid daily flash report, weekly sales performance decks, month end review for management and recommendations insights

    • Sales Support - Provide sales operations and administration to internal and external team

    About You

    • At least 3 years of related working experience

    • Proven experienced in Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau with Strong analytical capabilities

    • High detail-oriented and data accuracy focused

    • Effective communication and presentation skills

    • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

    • Proactive problem-solving mindset for operational issue resolution

    • Advanced Excel knowledge and Power BI proficiency on data modelling and visualization

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities.
    • Monitor accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

    Qualifications

This person will lead a team of Account Managers to grow foodpanda’s business by managing the overall restaurant experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the team of account management: manage performance, incentive schemes for Account Managers, onboard new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reports, and provide guidance and training to achieve them.
    • Lead the team to ensure ad-revenue targets are met month on month.
    • Lead and motivate the team to deliver on business goals. He/she is accountable for meeting these goals.
