- FTT Contract Performance & FTT Management
- Execute robust efficiency analysis on Outlet/Channel FTT contracts and other commercial conditions like FTT, rebates, discounts, and A&P to help commercial team rationalize the commercial spend & focus on increasing the future sales margin with better product mix.
- Lead the review of FTT contracts renewal with the sales team.
- Analyze Top Contracted Outlets Performance by brands & channels.
- Analyze monthly depletion and NSI performance against contractual target and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
- Wholesaler Depletion, Replenishment & Reimbursement (R&R) Compilation
- To ensure timely submission by the wholesalers without any errors in the file.
- To audit the R&R submission with corresponding sales invoices to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure the quality of depletions data received is robust enough to provide meaningful market demand signals.
- To assist in sell-in/sell-out and stock in-trade reconciliation and take actions accordingly to settle discrepancies with the wholesalers.
- To upload and monitor volume adjustment in MHD System and Vistex and to ensure accuracy and quality of data in the system.
- ASPIRE SalesForce & Qliksense
- Monitor the creation, deletion and modification pertaining to this system.
- Assist & guide users and helps to monitor the utilizations of this system.
- To explore and, if needed, to customize insightful reports within Qliksense.
- Ensure data quality in Qliksense.
- FTT & Depletion Processes and Internal Control
- Identifies and analyses the business needs of the department to develop plans for continuous improvement and to help determine solutions to business problems.
- Makes recommendations regarding processes and/or procedures to improve efficiency, data quality, service and all aspects of compliance and integrity.

About the Role
Contract & Sales Operations Analyst. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract & Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales team and ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our sales processes. This role partners closely with Revenue and cross-functional teams to provide day-to-day operational support, maintain Salesforce data quality, and ensure smooth deal and contract execution throughout the full sales cycle. You will work hands-on in Salesforce and related tools, troubleshoot issues, run reports, and assist with process improvements that enable our revenue and cross-functional teams to work more effectively.
Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for Salesforce user questions and issues, working with technical support teams for resolution.
- Maintain data hygiene by flagging and following up on data inconsistencies in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Ensure Salesforce data remains accurate, complete, and up-to-date, with a focus on key Salesforce object-related fields.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support general reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and supporting overall data hygiene.
- Monitor KPIs related to revenue processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy.
- Maintain data hygiene by monitoring pipeline and booking records, identifying inconsistencies, and making or coordinating corrections in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Identify and recommend ways to streamline day-to-day sales operations, improve cross-functional workflows, and reduce friction across the entire sales process through process improvements and automation.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Finance teams to ensure contracts and deals are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Support quarter-end and year-end close activities by ensuring data and deal records are complete.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Flexibility to occasionally work late evening or night hours to support U.S.-based teams and global operations.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as required.
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations or related fields.
- Strong Salesforce skills preferred, with the ability to navigate, update, and leverage the platform effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work promptly.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with a willingness to grow and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Flexible Shift (US/AMER Hours) - Remote or, Hybrid (2 days WFO) at Malaysia Office (preferably Penang).
