Responsibilities:
  • Support the S&OP Manager in driving efficient and seamless sales operations across all channels.
  • Analyse sales and operational data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement or growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or any relevant field
  • Preferred experience in: Sales support, sales operations, route planning, or data management (FMCG experience preferred). More experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Executive position
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of DMS, DMW/WMS systems is an added advantage.
  • Action oriented - the role will be working in a fast paced environment, solving problems within timelines.
  • Sense of Ownership / Accountability – Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, follows through until completion, and proactively addresses issues without needing constant supervision.
  • Analytical - the candidate will analyse our operations and lead on improvement and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management- the candidate will work an international team and will need to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Overview

We have a great opportunity with Quest for a Sales Compensation Analyst in our Deal Desk Programs. Our Sales Commission Team, handle sensitive commission information for sales makers to ensure they are compensated accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

This position will require close interaction with Sales Operations & Support, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest

    NextLabs is looking for an experienced Financial & Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for creating and monitoring financial models and KPI’s to track Company performance, enhance accountability, and provide decision support. The Financial & Sales Operations Analyst will also provide sales operations and systems administration support, including salesforce.com and SharePoint, by supporting customer acquisition and compliance processes, providing internal user resources and training, and ensuring process and systems optimization. The position reports to the CFO and VP of Sales and involves close coordination with senior management and other key personnel primarily in the Finance, Sales and Professional Services organizations.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Financial Analysis & Reporting

    1. Identify and collect relevant financial data from all applicable business units, processes, and projects
    2. Prepare internal and external reporting packages including preparing relevant data for presentations to the Board of Directors and investors
    3. Assist with regular budgeting and forecasting processes
    4. Develop dynamic and user-friendly financial analyses and modeling to enable efficient decision-making
    5. Assist with ad hoc analysis, benchmarking, and reporting
    6. Own the day-to-day requirements of assigned systems, including fulfilling all reporting and metrics needs, ensuring data integrity, creating standardized dashboards and processes, assisting users with questions and training, and proposing new functionality for potential adoption
    7. Respond timely to customer onboarding and compliance requirements, coordinating with other teams as needed
    8. Assist the sales and renewals teams with proposals and quotations
    9. Develop and manage Sales and Professional Services operations sites on SharePoint
    10. Develop and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and sales resources
    11. Proactively identify sales operations process inefficiencies and streamline or automate them

    Skills and Experience:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related major
    2. MBA or CPA certification preferred
    3. 7+ years’ experience working in finance and/or accounting in the high tech industry
    4. Multi-site/geography experience preferred
    5. Experience implementing and administering finance applications
    6. Experience with salesforce.com and SharePoint a plus
    7. Ability to analyze data with creativity and innovation in mind
    8. Excellent strategic thinking and presentation skills
    9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Lead projects focused on improving revenue growth and sales productivity; develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and contingency plans.
