What you’ll do

  1. Drive the design, transformation, deployment, and continuous improvement of our business processes and capabilities to achieve and maintain process excellence, aligned with stakeholder improvement roadmaps, audit findings, and feedback from subject matter experts.
  2. Monitor process performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving process output and efficiency, striving for excellence in process design, maintenance, and documentation in line with the Signify Quality Policy. Supervise and report on the financial progress of non-manufacturing costs.
  3. Support the adoption of proven practices and standard processes, facilitate learning, provide process training for competency development, and share learnings and successes within your network.
  4. Collaborate with all process domains, relevant functions, and stakeholders to select, design, and configure appropriate technology and data solutions to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency. Act as the product owner of relevant tooling.

Your qualifications

  1. Proven, comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including S/4HANA, SAP satellite systems (e.g., IBP), and relevant processes.
  2. Significant experience in process design or improvement, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  3. Meticulous, resilient, self-reliant, structured, with excellent analytical skills and experience in process management.
  4. Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build teams, align goals, teach, motivate, and manage change effectively.
  5. Certification in Project Management/Lean Advanced or Green Belt, with business modeling skills.

Qualifications:

Additionally, you can balance and align varying interests of stakeholders and can build successful relationships across functions.

Lastly, you are customer minded and a strong team player with excellent communication skills in an international context.

What does the role involve?

What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a background as an SAP FICO consultant. You will work on topics related to General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Accounts Payable, and more. In this role, you will be part of the implementation project team for our plants, providing professional advice, performing hands-on customizations and migrations, and translating business requirements into implementations. You will contribute to building end-to-end solutions within our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public landscape, supporting global projects, daily requests, incidents, and initiatives focused on compliance and regulatory requirements for Hilti subsidiaries worldwide. Your innovative mindset will help enable business excellence and user satisfaction through value-adding global IT solutions.

What does the role involve?

As an IT Business Analyst (Finance and Controlling IT), you will identify and analyze business requirements to develop innovative IT solutions aligned with strategic needs. You will work on our SAP landscape towards S/4HANA Cloud Public for Finance & Controlling processes, designing global solution concepts, system architecture, and validating technical and business process feasibility. You will implement and support global IT solutions to innovate Finance & Controlling processes, utilizing emerging techniques and technologies. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including business, IT, and external partners, is essential. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements, solve business problems, create innovative solutions, and leverage your functional and technical experience in Finance (General Ledger, AR, AA), Sales & Distribution (Order Entry, Billing), and external system interfaces (e.g., tax reporting, e-billing). Basic understanding of tax accounting and debugging skills in ABAP are advantageous.

What you need is:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
  • 4+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in SAP ERP 6.0 or S/4HANA, focusing on Finance (General Ledger, AR, AA), including interfaces with external systems.
  • Good understanding of finance and controlling business processes, especially integration with sales & distribution in a global enterprise context.
  • Strong drive for success and high commitment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself and others.
  • Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, and customer orientation.
  • Experience working in international, virtual, and geographically dispersed teams.
