- Preventive maintenance â conduct daily maintenance and servicing of machineries and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform corrective maintenance by diagnosing issues, developing troubleshooting processes, and implementing effective solutions to address problems in machinery and equipment.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on machineries/equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Disassemble and install new machines or equipment as necessary,

- Provide essential cleaning support for certain outlets, ensuring basic cleaning tasks are efficiently carried out to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Perform token collections and ensure accurate and systematic handling of tokens.
- Exercise critical thinking and innovation to resolve maintenance issues.
- Demonstrating an ability to prioritize and schedule tasks based on urgency.
- Adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

SYSTEMS ANALYST (NIGHT)
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for an opportunity in a global organization to be responsible for the identification and resolution of production system problems. This includes receiving escalated problem calls, documenting those calls, troubleshooting the problem, triaging the problem (prioritize), escalating those calls to the appropriate party for resolution, tracking the resolution process, and identifying fixes that will improve the department’s ability to support our global presence. Other duties include working with other groups/departments to improve systems based on problems identified, creating and maintaining processes and procedures, and working in a team environment to meet the goals of the operations team. Analyzing current systems and making recommendations for improvements is also required. The candidate must effectively write and communicate production problems to the organization.
In addition to monitoring Prometric’s systems, this position will respond to trouble tickets received through our ticketing system based on priority and impact to the business. This position requires a strong background in Windows products and applications, with strong troubleshooting skills diagnosing technical issues. The candidate will have experience troubleshooting servers, databases, applications, networking, and overall interaction between each of these layers. Many of the applications supported are proprietary but run on Windows servers. The applicant should have the ability to quickly learn new applications and business systems while working in a team environment. This requires a self-starting mentality and an eagerness to learn. This position offers great experience working on global business systems and the ability to learn and develop new skills while working on projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and resolve production problems
• Night shift - 5-day rotation schedule includes holidays
• Troubleshoot problems to determine severity and priority
• Resolve problem or escalate to the resolution person/group
• Handoff information to resolution party
• Maintain communications with resolution party until problem is resolved or a workaround is put in place
• Track (document) problem through resolution
• If problem was resolved outside this group, document steps that the Global Analysis & Resolution group can take to resolve this problem in the future
• Identify and document fixes that require program changes and/or procedure changes
• Work with other groups/departments to assist in creating permanent resolution/fixes
• Continuously strive to improve customer support, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor production systems using HP OpenView and other applications and respond accordingly
• Create and/or maintain operations process/procedure and problem resolution documentation as required
• Assist other Operations Engineers, as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills as it relates to:

Job Description
Verify parts, product, and/or processes to ensure conformance to standards. Inspect materials or products using digital calipers and x-ray machines
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Compare product BOM parts lists or material part number to ensure completion of component or assembly orders.
2. Verify specified dimensions on product of material using inspection equipment.
3. Input quality findings into Samtec’s computerized quality system.
4. Perform a variety of tasks which require a thorough knowledge of inspection techniques, materials, equipment, as well as Samtec Systems.
5. Ensure conformance to established quality specification by working from engineering drawings, sketches, manuals, or prototypes.
6. Work in compliance with established quality assurance procedures to ensure quality and consistency in the inspection criteria.
7. Assist in the creation and design of quality assurance procedures and programs geared toward achieving the department objectives.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections performed. These serve as an informational and historical source for acceptable quality standards.

1. A minimum of one year in an Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and/or manufacturing environment.
2. Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
3. Must have 20/40 correctable vision and color acuity.
4. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
Education:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
Training Required:
1. On the job training as appropriate.

SYSTEMS ANALYST (NIGHT) We are looking for a highly motivated individual for an opportunity in a global organization to be responsible for the identification and resolution of production system problems. This includes receiving escalated problem calls, documenting those calls, troubleshooting the problem, triaging the problem (prioritize), escalating those calls to the appropriate party for resolution, tracking the resolution process, and identifying fixes that will improve the department’s ability to support our global presence. Other duties include working with other groups/departments to improve systems based on problems identified, creating and maintaining processes and procedures, and working in a team environment to meet the goals of the operations team. Analyzing current systems and making recommendations for improvements is also required. The candidate must effectively write and communicate production problems to the organization. In addition to monitoring Prometric’s systems, this position will respond to trouble tickets received through our ticketing system based on priority and impact to the business. This position requires a strong background in Windows products and applications, with strong troubleshooting skills diagnosing technical issues. The candidate will have experience troubleshooting servers, databases, applications, networking, and overall interaction between each of these layers. Many of the applications supported are proprietary but run on Windows servers. The applicant should have the ability to quickly learn new applications and business systems while working in a team environment. This requires a self-starting mentality and an eagerness to learn. This position offers great experience working on global business systems and the ability to learn and develop new skills while working on projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and resolve production problems • Night shift - 5-day rotation schedule includes holidays • Troubleshoot problems to determine severity and priority • Resolve problem or escalate to the resolution person/group • Handoff information to resolution party • Maintain communications with resolution party until problem is resolved or a workaround is put in place • Track (document) problem through resolution • If problem was resolved outside this group, document steps that the Global Analysis & Resolution group can take to resolve this problem in the future • Identify and document fixes that require program changes and/or procedure changes • Work with other groups/departments to assist in creating permanent resolution/fixes • Continuously strive to improve customer support, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor production systems using HP OpenView and other applications and respond accordingly • Create and/or maintain operations process/procedure and problem resolution documentation as required • Assist other Operations Engineers, as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills as it relates to: o Microsoft OS (Windows 2003, 2008) o Network Technologies (routing, switching, load balancing) o Security (Firewall, VPN) o Microsoft Development Suite (.NET, VB, Com+, BizTalk, MSMQ, ASP, etc.) o Java o HP OpenView experience a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to influence/facilitate and negotiate with other groups, departments, individuals • Ability to make timely decisions Prometric is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
