Job Description
To coach, educate and supervise nursing staff to ensure the practice of nursing and health related subjects is in accordance to set policies and standards of the organization.
Monitors performance of nursing staff to ensure competencies and nursing practices is in accordance with established policies and standards.
Assist in assessing learning needs of nurses in accordance with prescribed guidelines by Malaysia Nursing Board / Ministry of Health and accreditation standards.
Administer professionalism and ethics
Job Requirement
Possess a clinical specialization - Post Basic / Advance Diploma in nursing specialization qualification.
Registered in Malaysia Nursing Board with current Annual Practising Certificate.
Possesses experience in hospital setting.
Able to work on shift including night shift.

Communicate warmly and professionally with parents about their child’s wellbeing.
Plan and implement age‑appropriate bonding and play‑based activities.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in school events such as Family Day, concerts, and parent‑teacher meetings.
Qualifications
Caring, patient, and responsible personality.
Diploma or Degree in
Nursing
(registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia),
Early Childhood Education , or equivalent.
Candidates with
KAP / Childcare certification
are highly encouraged.
Fresh graduates with a nurturing heart are welcome — KAP sponsorship will be provided.

Monthly Salary:
RM2,200 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
