**POSITION SUMMARY**
Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system. Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings. Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties. Perform all Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations. Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team. Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks. Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.

YOUR ROLE AS A REVENUE MANAGEMENT ANALYST, ROUTE REVENUE
Route Revenue Senior Executive is responsible to optimize flight routes and maximize revenue through effective inventory management and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will actively track market trends, monitor competitor actions, and analyze flight bookings to drive overall revenue performance.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Manage flight inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Actively track market trends, competitor actions, and booking patterns to optimize route performance.
Segment customers based on routes and offer competitive pricing and product options.
Identify, set up, and monitor special events while adjusting inventory based on seasonal and market trends.
Collaborate with Sales and Group Desk teams to enhance route profitability and market positioning.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management; airline industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Similar experience in revenue analysis in the hotel, online travel agencies, hospitality, retail, or travel industry will be considered
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret data and business financials.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Technical Skills:

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced candidate to drive day-to-day operations and provide leverage to transform our finance processes. This role's responsibilities will cover 6 countries across SE Asia, touching on all core areas of financial accounting plus managing/supporting ad hoc projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO
End-to-end Finance support for Client Projects
- Pricing and Contracting
- Support the SE Asia AR team in the review of pricing and commercial terms (e.g., supporting requests for proposals, MSAs, pricing negotiations, case team pricing, and developing letters of engagement)
- Pipeline & Revenue/AR Management
- Ensure timely pipeline management and accurate recognition of revenue
- Assist case management with pricing and price realization questions
- Engage regularly with the staffing team to align on team allocations
- Prepare invoices, ensure accurate recording, and manage collections
- Monitor pending AR and follow up as needed
- Work closely with other Bain offices on revenue transfers
- Support with month-end revenue close and revenue transfer calculations
- Other ad hoc support as required
Processes and Improvements
- Critically review current processes, suggest improvements, and collaboratively implement improvements
- Undertake and support ad hoc projects, working alongside the team to implement changes while managing stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (background in audit & assurance preferred)
- Track record of delivering work on time and with zero defects; experience in a multi-geography/currency context preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures
- Ability to analyze financial data and think critically
- Strong systems proficiency in Excel to synthesize data
- Ability to understand concepts and data flows while offering opinions and ideas for improvement
- Ability to learn financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Tableau)

POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced candidate to drive day-to-day operations and provide leverage to transform our finance processes. This role's responsibilities will cover 6 countries across SE Asia, touching on all core areas of financial accounting plus managing/supporting ad hoc projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO End-to-end Finance support for Client Projects Pricing and Contracting Support the SE Asia AR team in the review of pricing and commercial terms (e.g., supporting requests for proposals, MSAs, pricing negotiations, case team pricing, and developing letters of engagement) Pipeline & Revenue/AR Management Ensure timely pipeline management and accurate recognition of revenue Assist case management with pricing and price realization questions Engage regularly with the staffing team to align on team allocations Prepare invoices, ensure accurate recording, and manage collections Monitor pending AR and follow up as needed Work closely with other Bain offices on revenue transfers Support with month-end revenue close and revenue transfer calculations Other ad hoc support as required Processes and Improvements Critically review current processes, suggest improvements, and collaboratively implement improvements Undertake and support ad hoc projects, working alongside the team to implement changes while managing stakeholders ABOUT YOU A Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (background in audit & assurance preferred) Track record of delivering work on time and with zero defects; experience in a multi-geography/currency context preferred Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures Ability to analyze financial data and think critically Strong systems proficiency in Excel to synthesize data Ability to understand concepts and data flows while offering opinions and ideas for improvement Ability to learn financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Tableau) Meticulous and capable of working on multiple projects independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to change with a passion for results An ethical individual who acts with high levels of integrity at all times Boost your career

Key Accountabilities:
Deliver cash application receivables and management services for Sanofi entities within SBO perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements.
Manage incoming payments and perform clearing of Accounts Receivables (AR), analyse discrepancies related to unapplied / misapplied receipts or deductions and propose resolution.
Execute securitization program and factoring, in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines.
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
To perform month-end closing activities/reporting such as AR Ageing report & IWC.
To ensure timely & quality month-end closing and reporting of legal statutory account within Sanofi Group Calendar timeframes.
Support/responding to enquiries from internal and external customers, Country Finance & Stakeholders.
To update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as and when required and obtain validation from Team Supervisor/Manager.
Pro-actively anticipate operational issues and to ensure compliance with the following under the supervision of Team Manager.
SOX & Internal Controls Compliance
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company procedures to ensure integrity of financial information.
To support internal & external audit and follow up on issues identified within his/her parameter.
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities.
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition.
To participate in LEAN workshop, acquire LEAN mindset and work according to LEAN methodology.
To proactively alert in issue/roadblock and propose solution to Team Manager.
To identify within the task recurring issue/roadblock and to alert and propose for solution.
Be actor of change and to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
To manage any other tasks as assigned by Team Manager.
Contribute to business reviews and execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines.
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope and become a super-user.
Pro-actively anticipate operational issues and coach junior analysts.
About You
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent.
Excellent English and Japanese written and verbalcommunication, to support Japan market.
Between 2-4 years of relevant working experience in the Finance/Accounting sector.
Previous working experience in Accounting / Finance especially in a shared services environment is an added advantage especially in a pharmaceutical environment.
Good business acumen and strong problem-solving skill.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel.
Working experience with SAP, specifically FICO is preferred.
Understanding of shared services technologies such as scanning and imaging, case management tools, KPI monitoring and reporting is preferred
