Retail & Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description
This job involves supporting retail sales and training staff on products. You might like this role because it offers engagement with people, ensures brand consistency, and helps improve product displays to boost sales.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations at retail outlets (Klang Valley & outstation).
- Guide retail staff on product features, selling points, and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and product knowledge across all retail outlets.
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers regarding product performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and performance at retail level and within the geographical area.
- Coordinate with the sales team and retail PIC (person-in-charge) for sponsorships, events, and promotional activities.
Retail Visibility & POSM Execution
- Coordinate with contractors and retailers for POSM setup (displays, signage, fixtures, promotional materials) and execution.
- Ensure proper display, visibility, and branding across retail outlets align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on retail visibility and brand presence.
- Provide feedback from retailers on product performance, display effectiveness, and sales opportunities.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Ensure smooth daily operations between sales, logistics, and administration teams.
- Verify orders for accuracy before fulfillment.
- Coordinate daily with logistics companies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Track order status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with admin to verify logistics quotations and invoices for accuracy.
- Assist the sales manager in monitoring dealer performance and compliance with company policies.
- Willing to travel locally and outstation when required (outstation allowance provided).
- Experience in sales coordination, retail support, or product training is preferred (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiar with Canva and basic design work.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
