Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers warmly, providing high‑quality service while identifying and understanding their needs to achieve sales targets.

Perform daily operational tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming stock, product shelving and display, replenishment, returns processing, and loss prevention measures.

Manage assigned product categories, ensuring product safety, adequate inventory levels, regular stocktaking, timely maintenance, and loss control.

Keep designated areas clean and well‑organized; ensure a neat personal appearance in line with brand image.

Take responsibility for replenishing stock, maintaining appealing product displays, and ensuring all merchandise is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.

Responsible for achieving overall store sales goals.

Support the store manager in various auxiliary tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above.

Prior experience in retail is highly preferred.

Strong sense of responsibility, patience in customer interactions, and the ability to endure a physically demanding work environment.

Outgoing and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrate ownership, and grow alongside the organization.
