Role
This is a store management role, for which you will manage a team of sale staff and promoters, drive them towards achieving sales target and KPIs set forth by the company. The Retail Manager are also expected to effectively manage the store operations not limiting to store display merchandising, inventory replenishment, executing sales promotions and promoting good customer service. You should be a current Store Manager or experienced Second In-Charge, have a strong retail background preferably in Electrical products, have the experience and leadership skills to lead, train and motivate a team of salespeople. Good understanding of retail business with proven track record in growing and managing a business.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Retail Management, Marketing or Business Administration. Those without relevant qualifications but strong in retail experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years related experience in a retail environment with at least one year of managerial experience.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, positive attitude and strong team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).
- Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language.

Be the Master of Our Hub:
- Be the go-to expert who keeps our office running seamlessly. This means managing everything from daily supplies to crucial internal documentation, all while being the friendly point of contact for all things admin.
- Take charge of preparing and organizing our compliance documents and internal paperwork, ensuring everything is always audit-ready.
Orchestrate Our Logistics:
- Partner with our 3PL team to ensure our beautiful products are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Ensure stock accuracy by reconciling inventory reports from our 3PL partner, resolving any discrepancies you find.
- Play a key supporting role in the product registration process with the NPRA, taking charge of the meticulous documentation required to ensure our products are fully compliant and ready for our customers.
Become Our POS Superuser:
- As we expand our retail presence, you will be the expert on our Point-of-Sale (POS) system—training new team members, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless sales operations.
Keep Our Finances Flowing:
- Process vendor payments accurately and on time, building strong, trusting relationships with our partners.
- Liaise directly with banks to manage company accounts and swiftly resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare basic cash flow forecasts and facilitate timely fund transfers.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our external accountants in Malaysia and the finance team at our Hong Kong HQ to ensure flawless financial operations.

- Diploma in any field – we value your skills and mentality most of all.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, where you have proven yourself. (Experience in the retail world is a big plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management or POS systems will help you hit the ground running.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is essential to build strong relationships with our colleagues at our Hong Kong HQ.
