We are seeking an enthusiastic Kiosk Sales Assistant to join our team at Szindore Perfume @ NU Sentral. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales at our retail kiosk. Your excellent customer service skills and sales experience will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing kiosk.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the kiosk.
