Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales & Marketing Intern to join our Sungai Petani team. This role combines hands-on retail experience with digital marketing execution, offering exposure to both in-store sales operations and modern customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales

• Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Support store operations including merchandising, product display, and inventory upkeep.
• Learn product knowledge (basic golf equipment types, pricing, and features) to guide customers effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Marketing & Content
