The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to take the lead in our user experience design initiatives. This role requires a visionary who can independently drive comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, utilizing the latest trends and methodologies for both design and user testing.

You will be the key player in stepping into the customer's shoes, visualizing business opportunities, and showcasing customer value. Your primary goal will be to collaborate with business teams to create impactful designs that capture our customer-centric vision across direct and partner channels.

You will demonstrate high-quality design practices, conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges, and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visualization of complex information and concepts in a simple and effective way across design channels and touchpoints.
  • Independently manage a variety of design projects from concept to completion.
  • Understand project requirements and concepts, producing engaging design solutions.
  • Develop UI mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and create original graphic designs.
  • Produce final design solutions ranging from banners, interfaces, presentations, and infographics, from drafts to prototypes.
  • Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
  • Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
  • Facilitate design project discussions and workshops with users and stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders.
  • Develop user experience design and customer journey design where required.
  • Apply Design Thinking processes in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes

Your skills and experience:

  • 5-8 years or more experience in UX/UI space ideally in financial services space
  • Experience with design software (e.g. InVision, Figma), graphics editing tools (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator) and user journey tool (e.g. smaply, mural)
  • Experience in sprint participation, prototyping tools, understanding in design thinking methodologies
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first, responsive design, bootstrap
  • Storytelling skill via presentation (PowerPoint)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAC Design Consultant with a focus on Dashboards & UX . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud, coupled with expertise in UI/UX, analysis, and reporting. This role requires an experienced dashboard creator with the technical skills to implement, customize, and optimize SAC Dashboards to meet our clients' unique business needs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation projects
  • Design, develop, and configure SAC models, stories, and dashboards that enable efficient and effective financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business stakeholders, to ensure SAC solutions align with broader organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for SAC utilization, data modeling, and financial data integration.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients for SAC applications.
  • Stay updated on SAC functionalities, finance trends, and SAP ecosystem developments to advise clients on new features and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

Join GREEN-i as we expand our impact in the digital space. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Web/App) to drive new business growth, lead digital project execution, and inspire our team to deliver transformative web and app solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients for websites, mobile apps, and custom solutions.
  • Represent GREEN-i with charisma, clarity, and professionalism during pitches, meetings, and presentations.
  • Build strong networks and identify new leads through industry contacts, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the digital solutions team, ensuring smooth workflow and professional growth.
  • Oversee project scoping, budgeting, and timelines — aligning client expectations with internal capabilities.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to refine internal processes and elevate team performance.
  • Ensure a positive and collaborative atmosphere across departments during project delivery.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships throughout and beyond project delivery.

  • You have experience managing project managers or delivery teams, ensuring accountability, smooth communication, and motivation.
  • You can align business objectives with operational capabilities, ensuring what we promise is what we can deliver.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a strong understanding of agency/client dynamics.
  • You’re familiar with project management tools and digital workflows.
  • You take initiative, embrace responsibility, and stay grounded in real outcomes and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, digital solutions (web/app), or project leadership.
  • Proven track record of winning and managing web/app/digital projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
  • Familiarity with digital project workflows, platforms, and tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
