The Research Manager plays a critical role in advancing the strategic objectives of the Education and Outreach Division by leading and delivering impactful research that supports financial education, financial advisory, and debt management programmes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Research Design & Execution

  2. Lead the design and implementation of research studies focusing on financial awareness, literacy, behaviour, and well-being.

  3. Manage end-to-end research processes: proposal development, methodology design, fieldwork, data analysis, report writing, and dissemination.
  4. Promoting Financial Awareness

  5. Identify emerging financial awareness issues and trends affecting various consumer segments.
