- Skilled in analyzing complex datasets and developing predictive models, with familiarity in statistical tools and methodologies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills to effectively present .
- Efficient in managing multiple research projects and meeting deadlines. Excellent in problem-solving.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills required.

- Ensure the safety of the food manufacturing process (UHT/Pasteurised/Retort) for DAIRY/MILK products by monitoring and controlling the process from raw ingredient intake to packaging of finished products.
- Oversee and manage the QUALITY and R&D Department of the plant.
- Provide technical and scientific oversight of laboratory activities, including selecting and updating test procedures, verifying test methods, establishing laboratory performance standards, resolving technical issues, and ensuring remedial actions are taken when necessary.

- Degree in Food Science/Technology or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in dairy/milk food manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience with food safety standards and certifications (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, MESTI) and other government-mandated standards.
- Strong communication skills, passionate about Food Safety & Quality.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ongoing study of quality issues.
