**Your responsibilities will include:**
+ Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, plus maintaining appropriate documentation
+ Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
+ Establishing regular lines of communication plus administering protocol and related study training to assigned sites
+ Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices - escalating quality issues as appropriate
+ Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
+ You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers. You will need to have a good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications:**
+ University degree in scientific discipline or healthcare
+ At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
+ Good knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements
+ Good computer skills including MS Office
+ Excellent command of English language
+ Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and customers.
+ Flexibility to travel.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
+ Responsible for servicing clients with merchant accounts to secure the settlement of the account.
+ This potentially covers the setup, maintenance, linkage and payments of merchant accounts.
+ Assist Merchants with completing servicing requests
+ Collaborate with multiple Merchant and Payment teams to tailor servicing strategies that meet Merchant needs
+ Resolve complex/escalated service requests with precision and urgency
+ Proactively identify procedural/operational opportunities and implement solutions that lead to improved Merchant journeys and satisfaction
+ Assist Merchants with their operational needs by offering a variety of American Express payment products/services
+ Lead and/or participate in special projects required to support Merchant's key business objectives
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ An ability to analyze data effectively and implement changes to reduce demand.
+ Additional languages such as Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
+ Strong knowledge and belief in growth mindset, highly accountable and intrinsically motivated.
+ Must understand Customer First ethos and the American Express brand and products.
+ Solid understanding of Merchant Servicing highly desired.
+ Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication skills as well as proven verbal & written communication skills.
+ Must have a high degree of attention to details with very good sense of ownership and good decision making skills.
