Collate information and supporting documents required for MyRA, SETARA, MyQUEST, ACU, MOSTI as well as internal reporting purposes.
Collate and check research ethic applications to ensure completeness and organise review to be done by Ethics Committee. Address queries relating to academic research ethics and highlight action of non-compliances to Director (Research Management).
Coordinate postgraduate scheme interviews and follow up on performance and renewal documents with supervisors.
Review conference presentations and journal publications funding requests submitted by academic staff. Ensure complete documentations provided with the request form. Monitor publications status on quarterly basis for conference and journal publication funded.
Design and develop automation processes and dashboards to automate data collection and automate manual processes within RMC.
Organise meetings, including invitations, prepare minutes of meeting for RMC, arrange venue and F&B for meetings (if needed). Ensure proper filing of all RMC documents including intellectual properties, grants agreements, research proposals, letters etc. Any other administrative tasks required.
Requirement:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data management.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in research administration or academic support roles will be an added advantage.

About the Role
The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health is seeking a Research and Evaluation Consultant to support a multi-country study focused on community needs assessment and the evaluation of a global health intervention aimed at improving access to safe drinking water.
The initiative combines portable water filtration technology with capacity-building on water treatment and sanitation, and is implemented across hospital, rural, and school settings in Southeast Asia in collaboration with UNICEF, the World Health Organization, and local partners. The evaluation aims to understand community needs, perceptions, and behavioural drivers related to water insecurity and use of filtration systems, while also assessing the adoption, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, environmental impact of the intervention.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program evaluation, field-based public health research, and cross-country collaboration with international partners across Southeast Asia, along with exposure to other global health research initiatives within the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the baseline community assessment and overall evaluation of the intervention, working closely with the PI and local research teams
• Manage field-based data collection, including surveys, interviews, focus groups observational assessments
• Design and validate survey instruments and context-appropriate evaluation indicators
• Conduct quantitative data analysis of the longitudinal survey and monitoring data
• Draft evaluation reports, policy briefs, and technical documentation
• Create data visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with economic evaluation experts and qualitative researchers to integrate quantitative findings into a broader mixed-methods evaluation framework
• Support capacity-building efforts for local field teams and partners in evaluation design and data collection
