Role Summary:As a Field Service Rep, you will coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty complaints, and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service, and repair jobs at customer sites.
Responsibilities & Requirements:- Read and evaluate customer specifications and requirement documents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support customers during site visits.
- Process customer complaints.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for special problems.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Perform in-house and on-site repairs and services.
- Provide technical support and training as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word.
- SAP knowledge in SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other technical drawing tools is a plus.
- Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water, and other industries.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- BSc or BA degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
