- 4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence and reporting analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Proficient to develop complex SQL custom queries to answer the business problem.
- Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning (SAC-P) reporting is a plus
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Strong communicator, able to explain ideas or concepts in a structured and clear manner.

You Will:
- Data Modeling and report building: Develop, maintain and enhance data models and data flows; build, maintain and evolve financial and non-financial reports for Finance and GBS Finance teams working across multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making.
- High-level design of reporting solutions working with stakeholders/ Business Analyst
- Test solutions and data to ensure accuracy
- Build and deploy dashboards, reports and operational indicators, and investigate and manage in-depth user inquiries
- Experienced in creating and maintaining data models in Power BI or similar platforms.
- Skilled in importing and maintaining data, and managing ETL flows from various sources, including cloud-based data warehouses.
- Can translate end-user needs into effective Power BI reports.

The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.
We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated analyst to join our U.S. regulatory reporting team based in Malaysia. This entry level role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience with U.S. regulatory filings including those required by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The analyst will work under the guidance of senior team members and contribute to the preparation and review of details related to regulatory filings done by the U.S. team.
What will you do?
- Assist in the preparation and review of deliverables for regulatory filings done by the U.S. team to FRB and OCC for filings such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-11, FR Y-10, FFIEC reports, FR Y-15, etc.
- Perform reconciliation between source system and reporting system data under supervision.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in identifying data anomalies or breaks.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support reporting processes and internal controls.
- Support control activities including checklists, trackers, runbooks and issue logs.
- Collaborate with team members across Malaysia and the US on data validation, process documentation, and various other deliverables.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing to build domain expertise.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 0-2 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting or audit
- Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP and relevant banking regulations
- Basic understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Services Industry functions and products
- Prior experience in shared service centers or global delivery hubs for financial institutions would be an advantage
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in data, decision and process modelling tools and data analysis (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL, Jira, Alteryx, R, Python) would be an advantage

YOUR ROLE
You are part of the Financial Closing & Reporting Team providing support Globally and reporting to the Pillar Manager.
You will participate to all financial closing activities - monthly,quarterly and yearly timely. Closing time is 1 day at country level and 3 days globally including dashboard validation.
Required to work closely and interact with other pillar/team ensuring closing are performed accurately.
Required to perform analysis and results review with various stakeholders during closing.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Basic degree in accounting/Finance
- 5 years of experience in similar fields
- From Share Service Landscape Background
- Experience in migration of activities
- Proficient in Business English
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Japanese language is a plus.

As Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Controlling team and responsible for the following key aspects with a global scope: - Automation, Modelling and Linking - Project and Process Management - Management Reporting - Performance Monitoring - Financial Analysis
Your Tasks
As part of the central Group Controlling team, you will manage the transformation of existing fragmented management information packages into our online platform in MS Power BI.
For important global projects, you will be responsible for the creation and development of management reports and the underlying processes in close collaboration with local, regional, and global finance teams
Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with components from various data sources.
Drive continuous improvement of key controlling products/tools.
Support the day-to-day business of the central Group Controlling team in terms of ad hoc requests.
Your profile
BS or MSc in Economics (focus Controlling and ideally IT-related), Information Management, Mathematics or Statistics.
Proven professional experience (>5 years) as a data or business analyst.
At least three years of experience with MS Power BI and MS Office applications in particular MS Excel.
Experience in the organization of projects and the associated process management.
Skillful querying, report writing and presentation of results.
Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
