- Track, analyse, and report on customer complaint trends, driving continuous improvement plans in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Provide regulatory guidance and food safety training to internal teams and external customers, including Potato 101 and product knowledge sessions.
- Collaborate with New Product Development teams to support the timely and compliant launch of new products at a local level.
A successful Senior Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs professional should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Manage the process of identifying, communicating, triaging, tracking and confirming resolution of defects identified during test cycles, and support the delivery teams during defect resolution.

Managing Projects
- Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance
- Work with technical leads to resolve problems and project roadblocks, conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum
Managing Talent
- Mentor and coach Testers into fully competent Testers.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the tribe
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology.
- Deep experience in Agile Software Development and has mastery of Agile methodology and practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams to lead successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end-to-end planning to implementation.
- Experience with Java as well as internal/public facing APIs
- 10+ years of experience working in software development projects with prior experience in a technical leadership role.
- Qualified in ISEB / ISTQB is an added advantage
- Experience using tools and processes used in web software testing.
- Experience working on web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance.
- Knowledgeable on DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins.

- Conducts monthly quality reviews/audits according on stipulated timeframe/SLA while complying to GRS QA Team Framework & guidelines.
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits.
- Provide oversight to the BPOs R1 by completing 5% R2s on all BPO processes.
- Identify variance among reviewers score through quality audit conducted in the team and execute the action plan agreed to improve the consistency of reviewer score.
- Provide support in creating and maintenance of QA calibration guide for all existing process and new transition process.
- Resolve dispute in rebuttal according to action plan agreed by the team in time.
- Log error tracked and followed up on the correction by the processor.
- Participate in the creation of QA framework and questionnaire for existing and new transition process.
- Executes data assessment to identify trend for improvement.
- Provide feedback on the trends identified from data analysis and improvement opportunity to business stakeholders in Continuous Improvement session.
- Participate in any training session from business stakeholder and update QA SOP to align with the change.
- Responsible in new starter training as mentor and dedicated trainer for different processes.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as and when required.

What would you be doing:
- Manage the quality assurance for the clients that Alpha Iota is serving.
- Monitor Live Chats from Customer Service Executives.
- Manage Alpha Iotas clients expectations by maintaining a good quality of internal output.
- Provide coaching and follow-up coaching sessions that are adhered to.
- Identify issues and areas of improvement (agent level, process, and business level), propose, approve, and track the necessary corrective action(s) to satisfactory.
- Dive into service quality issues, which are inclusive of Customer Service Satisfaction, First Contact Resolution, Average Response Time, Quality Assurance Evaluation pass rate, and customer complaints.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training and programme support for quality and operational needs. This includes soft skills, product, systems, and processes. You are also responsible to ensure and monitor the overall effectiveness of training.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality among the team.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, ensuring timely and high-quality completion, such as supporting live customer interactions by handling chats through the live chat system when required, and maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Stay aligned and updated with company policies by spending several hours each month handling customer interactions.
- Conduct training sessions to equip new joiners with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) / customer service experience in a contact centre environment or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workplace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

The Quality Assurance Auditor reports to the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) and Group CIA (GCIA).
He or she assists the CIA and GCIA in quality assurance activities aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit function.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish, implement, and maintain a quality assurance review program, including conducting QA reviews on selected audits and providing improvement suggestions.
- Develop and implement induction programs for new auditors to equip them with relevant skills and knowledge.
- Train auditors on audit methodology, processes, and procedures.
- Perform periodic reviews of departmental policies and procedures to ensure they are current, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards and professional guidelines.

- Establish and run a guest auditor training program.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIA, or CISA.

4、Conduct quality monitoring of raw materials and components supplied by vendors. Regularly perform statistical analysis of vendor product quality, promptly feedback quality issues, and request corrective actions.

- Accepting incident reports from internal, reporting to Managing Director / Deputy Managing Director and Head Office and creating incident reports under Global Incident Reporting System (GIRS).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Business Law or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Well organized, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and oversee the Company’s food safety and quality assurance functions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and international certification standards. The QA Manager will drive continuous improvement in product quality, staff competency, and operational efficiency through a proactive and collaborative approach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Control
- Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and internal standards.
- Maintain full compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
- Oversee quality management systems and certification effectiveness.
- Drive improvements in product safety, quality, and operational processes.
- Manage laboratory testing accuracy and reliability.
- Supervise quality control processes for raw materials, in-process checks, and final product release.
- Develop and enforce quality standards and specifications.
- Promote food safety knowledge and best practices across internal teams and external partners.
Strategic & Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate across departments to meet corporate and quality objectives.
- Contribute to policy and standard development related to food safety and quality.
- Ensure all Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) certifications are current and compliant.
- Stay ahead of evolving regulatory and customer requirements, leading readiness initiatives.
- Champion productivity and quality improvement projects with relevant teams.
- Lead and develop the QA team to strengthen capabilities and engagement.
- Ensure smooth leadership transition by delegating responsibilities to the Assistant QA Manager during absences.
Compliance & Systems Integrity
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and quality management systems, policies, and SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Foods Science/Microbiology or in a related discipline.
- Must have at least 8 years experiences with 5 years at management level covering full spectrum of Quality Assurance field.
- Experienced in food safety management system, familiar with process and operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000 and other food safety certification.
- Hands-on experience in managing regulatory and third-party audits.
- High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills and potentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
