About The Role

Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual life insurance claims

  • Review processes and make recommendations on policies and guidelines to individual life insurance claims
  • Assess and settle individual life insurance claims arising from policies in force
  • Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
  • Process all individual life insurance claims documents timely
  • Answer inquires relating to claims processing

Requirements

  • Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of reimbursement claims experience
  • Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes
  • Good communication and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated and customer-driven
  • Sound problem solving skill

  • Our office is located in the serene town of Cyberjaya (moving to Putrajaya in 2026)

The Regional Sales Support Specialist helps the Global Chemical Sales team work more efficiently by handling important administrative and sales support tasks. This support allows sales reps to focus more on building customer relationships and closing deals. This role suits someone who is organized, pays close attention to detail, and knows how to use internal tools to deliver fast, accurate support. By keeping data clean, following standard processes, and tracking sales consistently across regions, the Regional Sales Support Specialist helps the team stay aligned and supports the company’s growth goals in the chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Quotation and Pricing Support:

o Oversee and process spot freight rate requests.

o Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for rate offers.

o Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all offers.

o Maintain and update regional quotation dashboards and monthly KPIs.

· Bid and Tender Administration:

o Provide administrative support for bid platforms when Tender Management is not involved.

o Ensure alignment with compliance/legal guidelines for bid responses.

· System and Reporting Support:

o Extract and consolidate reports from internal tools (Smart Hub, Creatio, operating systems) as required.

o Maintain clean, up-to-date data to support regional sales performance tracking.

o Upload customer contracts and related documents into the legal system and work with sales reps to bring contracts to a close.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

o Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks and documentation.

· Proactive and highly organized with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.

· Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

General Purpose: The General purpose of the position is to ensure a smooth, reliable, and positive experience for clients who trade using our platforms.This involves assisting clients with their trading accounts, resolving technical or transactional issues, and providing clear information about the company's products, services, and trading platforms.

Job Role:

  • Effectively manage company communication channels, including live chat, emails, and phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Receive and handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients via phone, chat, email, and client portal.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to clients within the specified time frame.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with all customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with internal departments by creating and assigning tasks for inquiries that require further investigation.
  • Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
  • Previous experience or background in Forex trading or the financial markets is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and local language both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong phone communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts in the near future).

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team and be the voice of Payd for our users.

Job Description

  • Be the first point of contact for Payd users — primarily casual workers and employees — through email, live chat, and phone.
  • Respond to queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common platform issues such as login problems, withdrawal delays, or approval concerns.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely responses and that service levels (SLAs) are met.
  • Guide users through how to use Payd’s Earned Wage Access and Casual Worker Management tools effectively.
  • Gather and document user feedback to help improve the product and support experience.
  • Escalate more complex or technical issues to internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations).
  • Support client onboarding by assisting with FAQs, help guides, and virtual training sessions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using support systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS startups.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help users.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Willing to work weekends or public holidays, if required (with appropriate time-off arrangements).
