Keypath Education is searching for an ambitious and visionary Senior Regional Manager t o spearhead the launch and growth of online international postgraduate degrees in the Southeast Asian market. This is a rare opportunity to drive market expansion for world-class university partners, forging influential partnerships with education agencies, corporate sponsors, and government bodies. Key responsibilities will include the following:
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- In collaboration with Keypath senior leaders, co-develop go-to-market (GTM) strategy and lead GTM execution for a portfolio of online degrees with premium Australian universities.
- Drive revenue through new market opportunities and strategic partnerships, including, in particular B2B channels including, but not limited to, international education agencies, employer channels, government bodies, or similar.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Form a formidable partnership with both our SEA universities and our Australian universities’ international teams, championing the collaborative relationship with Keypath.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agencies, government bodies, corporate sponsors, and industry partners to unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Act as the key contact for regional relationships, including managing any marketing, events and/or sales agencies.
Stakeholder & Government Engagement
- Engage with government agencies and Australian diplomatic missions to advance the awareness and penetration of the online education portfolios, in collaboration with our university partners.
- Represent our university partners at industry events and high-profile delegations to enhance visibility of the online education portfolios.
- Provide targeted advice to Keypath senior leaders on strategic stakeholder opportunities, including presenting to university leadership committees.
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Lead the execution of the events-led GTM strategy to drive high-impact awareness and student enrolments.
- Deliver premium in-market activity, ensuring all events and activations are of the highest quality for our world-class university partners.
- In collaboration with Keypath marketing leaders, champion attention to detail and brand adherence on every touch point in the student journey from event promotion to new student enrolment, to the articulation experience.
- Act as the key contact for regional marketing and events agencies procured to support on execution.
Performance & Reporting
- Deeply understanding Keypath business strategy, including OKRs, and levers to maximise desired outcomes.
- Contribute to business forecasts, maintain and review relevant regional P&Ls.
- Meet and exceed targets across the marketing funnel, including B2B lead targets, enrolment targets and revenue targets.
- Performance obsession with regular insights-led advisory to senior leadership, and adjust strategy as needed.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with university policies and the regulatory requirements of each regional market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 10-15 yearsin business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally with high-touch, high-commitment, complex products.
Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and building B2B partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and oversee regional P&L statements.
Stakeholder Engagement : Proven experience in engaging with diversity of stakeholders from high stakes government bodies and corporate partners to events & recruitment agencies.
Communication Skills : Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation at senior and public levels.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian education landscape, including regulatory considerations, adult learner market expertise is preferred.

1. Sales Role (Revenue Generation)

• Responsible for enhancing the awareness and usage of ANSYS portfolio among the research fraternity
by making sure we have a good number of Thesis and Research publications every year.
• Engage with professors, researchers, and academic leadership to advocate for CAE adoption in
engineering education. Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and technical presentations to
demonstrate the impact of simulation in academia.
• Ensure a seamless post-sales experience by providing technical support, curriculum integration
strategies, and faculty training programs.
3. Strategic Market Expansion
• Align academic sales strategies with companies’s global business objectives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for expanding Ansys software adoption in STEM education.
• Explore opportunities for grants, academic funding, and government initiatives supporting software
integration in higher education.
• Responsible for signing MoU’s and establishing CoE’s. Establish contact and build strong
relationships with various Ministries namely MHRD, S&T etc as well as various funding agencies
etc to propagate the simulation need to be as part of their skills & talent pool development
programs.
4. Channel & Partner Management
• Collaborate with local distributors, resellers, and internal sales teams to maximize revenue generation.
• Train and mentor sales representatives and channel partners on academic sales strategies.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize sales channels for maximum efficiency.
5. Reporting & Compliance
• Responsible for accurate forecasting and reporting through companies CRM and Ansys CRM
• Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and territory performance.
• Ensure compliance with regional education policies, data privacy laws, and Ansys licensing
agreements.
• Provide periodic reports and maintain dashboard to senior leadership on sales progress and strategic

Education:

The Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements. Your Impact
- You will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing commercialaccounts in Malaysia
- Employing world-class account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accounts

- Develop and maintain detailed account profiles including organisational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis

Your Experience
- 10+ years of priorsales, business development or relevant experience in Software, IT Hardware OR Cybersecurity industry
- Self-motivated and Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
- Enterprise sales experience with and actionable rolodex of decision makers
- Superb organisational skills
- Experience selling network infrastructure based security appliances including but not limited to -Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies and Caches
- Practical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks appliances
- Experience working with channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach

Key Responsibilities- Handling and managing the tax compliance of ADA Group which include direct and indirect tax returns are completed within the stipulated timeline and in accordance with the tax laws and regulations, including reviewing of all ADA entities monthly & quarterly taxes submission to local tax authorities
- Ensure proper transfer pricing documentations are prepared in accordance with the Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Monitoring the deadlines of tax payments to avoid penalties of late payment to be imposed by the Inland Revenue Board and the Customs.
- Submission of quarterly ADA Group provisional tax computation & reconciliation to Axiata Group tax
- Managing tax related projects and providing ad-hoc advice on tax implications of commercial transactions, business strategies, etc.
- Work with internal business functions, subsidiaries & OpCos in an advisory capacity across all of the business units and legal entities (i.e. contract reviews and ad hoc projects) to ensure compliance to local tax rules and optimizing the Company’s overall tax position.
- Able to work with external tax agents and advisor on tax audit cases/investigations (if needed).
- Tax Compliance - Ensure tax filings are completed within the stipulated timeline and all relevant tax adjustments and claims are taken up in the tax returns and computations accurately in accordance with the tax laws, regulations, public rulings etc.
- Other tax operations – Ensure tax audits and are managed within the timeline agreed with the IRB.
- Tax Advisory & Transfer Pricing – Ensure technical advisory are well research, accurate within the legal framework and complete within reasonable timeline.
- All tax payments including withholding tax payments are paid by the due date to avoid late payment penalties.
- Initiate tax planning opportunities/initiatives where applicable.
- At least 6 years of tax experience with 4 years in public accounting firms, preferably from Big 4 audit firms.
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification with CTIM, ACCA, ICAEW or MICPA or Chartered Accountant of Australia & New Zealand.
- Sound knowledge of taxation in Malaysia especially on the tax legislations, tax administrations & practices, Regulations, Public Rulings.
- Basic understanding of tax framework and principles of other countries especially where the operating entities of ADA are located and ability to apply double tax treaty principles.
