The incumbent is responsible to lead and manage the region Agency Force to achieve the overall productivity, profitability and quality targeted by the Company.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

To work closely with Agency Leaders and prepare annual strategic action plan

Agency Management

  • To provide a formal platform for Company to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members.
  • To monitor agency performance and supervise agency strategic action plan– on the progress and control measures implemented.
  • To attend to any doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problem.
  • To organize, plan and launch agency, regional or Company’s campaign, challenges, contest or promotion to agency members.
  • To provide agency members a formal platform for inter-action and team working through group meetings and gatherings.


Training and Development

  • To evaluate and identify Agency training and development needs in agency knowledge, skill, attitude and habit to improve agency productivity and professionalism.
  • To liaise with LEAD/RDE/Special Project Co-ordinates and implement training and development programs for agency.
  • To organize, plan and implement training and development programs for agency.
  • To promote and encourage agency members to attend other Company/Industry’s training/development programs whenever available or necessary.
  • To promote and encourage agency members to attend programs as part of their self-development exercise through self-study etc.


Manpower Growth

  • To assist DOA in promoting Quality Recruitment Drive within their own region.
  • Install and promote Mentoring Program within the region to ensure development of quality leaders in their regions.
  • Continuously encourage Agency Leaders to focus on recruiting and train-up agents for promotion to be future agency leaders.
  • Co-ordinate and execute plan for maintenance of agency contracts.

Knowledge

  • A numerate and analytical mind.
  • Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

  3. 5+ years’ experience in Bulk commodity and fertilizers sector, ideally within the Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

Purpose Statement: Supports Program Managers with daily tactical and administrative activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas and junior customer representatives.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on delivery.
  • Prepare internal and customer-facing data analysis, reports, metrics, visual graphs and tools in support of delivery objectives.
  • Assist with preparation of customer presentation materials for customer visits and business reviews. Helps coordinate and prepare for on-site customer events in coordination with Customer Experience Team.
  • Execute daily tactical tasks related to delivery such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, backlog and revenue / shipment reports, raw materials and finished goods shipments, FIA & NREs recovery and potentially support APQP. Basic CRG communication with customer and coordination with CFT
  • Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma is required
  • Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
