- Assist in the completion and submission of recruitment-related forms, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and compliant to company’s guideline.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all recruitment forms and related paperwork.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidate status, interview outcomes, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of recruitment processes.

The new role :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for interviews.
- Actively source and recruit new consultants to support business growth. ·
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies. ·
