ABOUT THE JOB
Focus for the first 3 months includes but not limited to:
- Source, identify and generate new candidate profiles and leads
- Lead and develop the candidate management process for existing and new candidate generation
- Content creation for social media channels – personal LinkedIn profile, Efinancials profile, etc.
- Develop technical understanding on how to source candidates through various job boards, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Participate in client calls, support Managers or Lead Consultants in the proposition of Funds Partnership’s delivery capabilities
- Participate in informative pitch presentations and provide follow-up through to fruition
- Participate in the full 360 recruitment process with Manager or Lead Consultant
Focus from 3rd to 6th month includes but not limited to:
- Take lead on all existing (and/or new) client calls, develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers
- Upsell and cross-sell other business functions covered in Funds Partnership
- Work with other business units – different desks, marketing team, and sales operations team for external outreach
- Develop content creation to showcase oneself as a thought leader in a specified area/market
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Establish and pursue personal long- and short-term goals
