    Handle all matters related to industrial relations , including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, employee grievances, and union negotiations if any.

    Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.

    • Perform payroll function (salary & bonus processing) for staff on a monthly basis – processing and checking
    • Improve the current HR policies and ensure we meet Malaysia Labour law compliance
    • Provide sound HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and employment laws
    • Conduct Performance Appraisals twice a year for all staff and Project Remuneration for PJ staff
    • Handle employee enquiries on HR Matters
    • Handle Corporate and office administrative matters for Malaysia (KL and JB)
    • Timely review of staff handbook, policies and procedures
    • Any other duties assigned by HR Manager(Singapore) and Country Head

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience (12+ years) in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
    • Strong knowledge of related laws, regulations and HR best practices in Malaysia
