• Engage third party valuer for property valuation on potential petrol service station sites.
• Negotiate for optimum lease rental and purchase prices.
• Prepare and follow through agreement from drafting to signing.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with landowners and relevant councils; assist in resolving any land permitting issues.
• Work closely with the retail acquisition team, sales support team one economic viability and construction team on land permits.
• Liaise with controllers on land amortization.
• Initiative to lead real estate related projects as and when required.

• Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in real estate / related industry.
• Experience in dealing with government authorities /GLC (Land Office / Local Councils / Highway Concession)
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic team player with positive attitude and strong initiative.
• Willing to travel and have own transportation.

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Kuala Lumpur. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for listing properties, arranging viewings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property

• Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur real estate market is a plus
• Relevant education or training in real estate or sales is beneficial

Driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating employees.

• Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
• Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites.
• Research the Tenant Mix.
• Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
• Coordinate potential site visits with project team.
• Negotiate tenancy terms with owners/landlords.
• Maintain good communications and connections with the tenants/landlords.
• Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation.
• Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirements.
• Attend outlet openings.

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Preferably candidates with real estate experience; however, we will consider those without experience.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to write simple reports in English.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.

• Tenant sourcing to boost occupancy or upgrade existing tenant mix.

• At least 3 years experience in the field of rental and leasing, and property management.
• At least Diploma in real estate related syllabus such as property management, property development.
