Description and RequirementsJob Description:
Be responsible for the product construction work in the field of cost management, including demand research and analysis, solution and prototype design, coordinating with development, testing and other teams to promote the achievement of business objectives.
Keep abreast of the trends in the financial industry, complete competitive product analysis, control the direction of product construction, and continuously optimize and iterate the product.
Complete the daily arrangements within the team and actively cooperate with the team to complete the construction of financial informatization-related projects.
Be responsible for providing support for daily operation problems of the system and continuously improve and enhance the operation efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science or finance.
Have 5-8 years of experience as a financial product manager, possess a basic financial concept of enterprise R&D, production and sales costs, have a certain understanding of manufacturing cost management methods, and have experience in the construction of more than one financial system from scratch.
Use Chinese and English as working languages, have good communication skills, strong documentation ability, and be able to express ideas and purposes clearly and logically.
Be flexible in thinking, have strong stress resistance, and possess strong cross-departmental communication, logical analysis and judgment abilities.
Have a user-oriented mindset, be good at independent thinking, have a sense of ownership, be result-oriented in work, and be good at summarizing and reflecting on one's own output.
Those with work experience in Internet companies are preferred; be familiar with the information system architecture of large enterprises, and those with SAP experience are preferred.
