- Plan, monitor, and manage language quality across all supported languages, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Collaborate closely with Product Localization Managers, Product Managers, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Support teams to align quality standards with business and user needs.
- Conduct and manage regular quality assurance checks (LQA), spot checks, and audits across different content types and platforms.
- Define, implement, and maintain a quality framework (e.g., TER/BLEU etc) to measure translation quality and conduct monthly KPI reviews.
- Manage and maintain localization assets such as glossaries, style guides, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and post-mortems based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Help onboard, train, and support internal and external linguists and reviewers.
- Coordinate feedback loops between translators, reviewers, and internal teams to address quality issues effectively.
- 3+ years of experience in localization or translation quality assurance, preferably at a global tech or fintech company.
- Proven experience with LQA frameworks and quality evaluation tools.
- Strong understanding of how quality drives user experience, brand consistency, and business impact.
- Experience working with or managing linguists, reviewers, or localization vendors.
- Familiarity with localization technologies including CAT tools (e.g., Lokalise, Crowdin, etc.) and QA tools (e.g., Xbench, QA Distiller).
- Fluent in English and at least one or two additional languages .
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or DeFi is highly desirable.
- Experience with terminology management, linguistic assets creation, and quality documentation is a plus.

- Work with factory / outsourced partner and cross functional team in resolution of key quality issues
- Initiate and drive continuous quality improvement of processes within respective areas, and support Vertiv Operating System (VOS) rollout with the ability to measure progress with data
- Lesson Learnt / Best practice sharing across region
- Deploy, train and audit quality policies, standards, and procedures for respective manufacturing locations, sub-contracting (3rd party), and service activities. Collaborate on improvement initiatives leading to high quality level products
- Service Quality
- Work with Regional Service Teams to establish the foundation and quality management system for Service Quality
- Perform internal audit, coordinate quality management reviews, and drive continual improvement
- Maintain documents of the Quality Management System
- Customer Quality
- Customer Claims management coordination
- Coordinate customer audits, and manage improvement actions
- Conduct contract reviews for customer contract documentation
- Supplier Quality (in cooperation with Market Unit, Supplier Quality organization and Supply Chain)

Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- BE – Electronics/Electrical / Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Quality Management and in Mechanical ElectricalElectronics Manufacturing Industry. Experience with Data centre industry will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication – interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- IT skills—MS Excel (Intermediate to advanced) / MS office/ PowerBI /Smartsheet
- Problem-solving skills – Excellent problem solver, good knowledge of 8D methodology / Quality tools, an understanding of statistics (Analytical /numerical skills)
- CQE, CRE, Six Sigma and Lean certification will be an added advantage
- Self-starter; Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple and conflict priorities;
- Computer literate, specifically the MS Office package (Access included).

Job Summary
This role supports the QA Manager in leading and enhancing the QA team’s transaction monitoring performance, ensuring U Mobile’s Contact Centre delivers high-quality customer service through effective call quality evaluations, timely feedback, and targeted coaching.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Contribute to a seamless customer journey by collecting, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback and insights received from the Quality Specialists for the Contact Centre support units. Assist in developing and implementing QA skills and enhancement programs for existing staff.
- Drive the quality, output, and performance of QA Executives through consistent audits, evaluations, and feedback.
- Ensure all QA progress logs and records are updated and maintained.
- Participate in QA calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring methodology among team members and operational counterparts.
- Participate in quality improvement exercises, campaigns, and programs.
About You
- At minimum, a degree or diploma in any subject.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance is highly desirable.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a team lead, supervisory, or mentoring role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Contact Centre Operations or Backend Support.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
- Identify subject matter experts to support multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, and compliance with policies & procedures.
- Analyse and develop business process diagrams and models to support process design and redesign initiatives
- Advisor on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management.
- Ensure on time delivery of the tasks and projects.
- Meeting and exceeding management and peers' expectations on the department services.
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience with Kaizen a plus
- Data Analytics certification a plus
- Power Platform Certification a plus
- Minimum 1 years of business process improvement experience.
- Demonstrate applied knowledge of business process and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception through completion.
- Knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as BPI to communicate with the wider business stake holders.
