Basic purpose of the positionThis position provides Technical and Quality Engineering support in NPD and Mass production, and directly interfaces with suppliers on routine quality operations. - Quality engineering support in NPD covering PFMEA, Control Plan and Manufacturing Readiness Review
- QE support after Mass Production and Technical back up to QC team
- Lead and resolve production and field quality incidents with RCA / 8D / SCAR
- Identify supplier development needs, with plan, action and review
- Quality training to upgrade the quality competence of self, QC, QE and suppliers
- Close interaction and regular review with BU Quality teams to achieve business needs
- More than 10 years relevant experience in quality or engineering
- Experience in supplier management / development

- Offer feedback to the Quality Coordinator regarding Quality Team procedures to enhance quality control processes.
- Notify the Quality Coordinator about any abnormal system behavior or potential bugs identified in the Design Pickle Platform.

- Scrutinizes customers' requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to the Design Pickle quality control standards. Our Quality Specialists handle multiple revisions, addressing each one individually with speed and precision.
- Maintain High Productivity and Efficiency. Review an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
- Examine customer's concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
- Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and general industry standards. You will be reviewing the creative output, not managing a team of creatives.
