• Provide mentorship and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools

• Use statistical tools such as Minitab, Excel, or JMP to analyze process performance and variability.

Your Profile

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma.
• Experienced in training and coaching process owners in the use of process improvement tools and the Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in building and leading a Lean Six Sigma culture in an organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be results-oriented, a change agent, with the ability to interface with all levels and areas of an organization.
• At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
+ Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
+ Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
+ Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
+ The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
+ Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
+ Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
+ Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
+ Minimum 3 years working experience.
PREFERRED:
+ Experience in Manufacturing Industry
SKILLS:
+ Certified Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven record.
