Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline

Minimum Relevant Work Experience
• 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience


Minimum Skills to Hire
1. Previous experience as trainer or instructor
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
3. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum Training Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.

  • Experienced in training and coaching process owners in the use of process improvement tools and the Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven track record in building and leading a Lean Six Sigma culture in an organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be results-oriented, a change agent, with the ability to interface with all levels and areas of an organization.
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
  • Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
  • Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
  • Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
  • The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
  • Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
  • Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
  • Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry

Skills

  • Certified Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven record.
