Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
- Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
- Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
- Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
- The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
- Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
- Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
- Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.
REQUIRED:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Certified Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven record.
