**Policies and Procedures**
Execute TE's Continuous Improvement policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction.
**Digital Factory Corporate Application Deployment**
(i)Responsible for the implementation and deployment of corporate-developed applications within factory settings, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
(ii)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
(iii)Continuously improve and optimize the performance of applications based on user feedback and system analytics.
**Digital Factory Local Application Development**
(i)Design, develop, and maintain digital factory applications that improve operational efficiency and support business growth within our manufacturing facilities.
(ii)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive process optimization and innovation.
**AI Model Development**
(i) Seamless collaboration with corporate AI teams to design and develop advanced AI models and tailored to specific business problems or application requirements.
(ii) Conduct research on the latest AI techniques and algorithms to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of existing models.
**AI Model Deployment and Maintenance**
(i)Oversee the deployment of AI models from development environments to production environments, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
(ii)Set up monitoring and alert systems to detect and respond to any issues that may arise during the operation of the AI systems.
(iii)Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed AI models, including updating and retraining as needed to adapt to changing business conditions or data characteristics.
**Collaboration and Communication**
(i)Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to define project requirements and deliverables.
(ii)Communicate technical findings and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
(iii)Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to contribute to the overall team development.

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our organization, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
+ Provide mentorship and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
+ Organize and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency
+ Analyze complex data sets and utilize statistical tools to identify areas for improvement and measure project outcomes
+ Lead cross-functional teams in implementing continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
+ Conduct root cause analysis and develop innovative solutions to address operational challenges
+ Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
+ Minimum 3 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
+ Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
+ Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools (minitab/JMP), and process mapping techniques
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
PREFERRED:
+ Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
+ Experience/background in electronics/semiconductor operations.
SKILLS:
+ Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
