Join us as a Team Leader in Quality Asssurance team to drive Singtel Consumer Singapore’s digital transformation. You will oversee QA teams, ensure delivery excellence across projects. This include lead end-to-end QA efforts across strategic projects, including test planning, test execution and closure for major releases.
Make an Impact by:
- Oversee and manage onshore and offshore QA teamsensuring consistent QA standards, effective task delegation and delivery accountability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and IT to ensure test coverage aligns with evolving business requirements
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive test scenarios, combining manual and automation approaches
- Leverage Dynatrace and other monitoring tools to implement automated sanity flows, production health checks and early defect detection mechanisms
- Proactively identify and manage defects across integrated systems, coordinating with IT squads and vendors for resolution.
- Document test plans, execution results, defects and lessons learned for transparency and governance.
- Mentor junior QA staffin areas such as automation, defect management and business flow comprehension
- Support after-hours testing and production release validations when required.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested
Skills for Success:
- Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Digital Media or relevant field
- Minimum 3years of experience in software testing or telecommunications products testing
- Preferably proven experience in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and agile practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills across front-end and back-end systems

- Respond and provide advice on more complex AP and HR matters from BU/vendors escalated from the contact center or AP and HR Analyst.
- Liaise with BU for related AP and HR matters, directly or through analysts.
- Support the ongoing transformation and enhancement of FGV SSC functions and capabilities.
- Onboard, develop and coach others; provide on-time constructive feedback.
