About the Role: The Software Quality Assurance Engineer position will require you to improve the existing test methodology identifying new capabilities. You will oversee the entire quality plan for FC football game titles and will report to the QV Development Director and partner directly with the Producer and/or other Designers to establish quality standards and provide both quantitative and qualitative feedback on new features.

The Role:
Due to the growth of our software development teams in Singapore, Malaysia and globally, we now seek a quality assurance engineer to join our team. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team with reporting lines to technical software leads and our QA Manager. This is an ideal role for a QA engineer with around two years of experience and who is looking to further develop their skills, by working in a faced paced international team in the Cyber Security sector.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct testing of the software developed by the engineering team during their sprint cycle, ensuring that it is delivered on time and to a very high standard.
- Take part in regular team stand ups, sprint planning sessions and sprint retros.
- Participate in expanding and improving the automated test suite.
- Write and maintain a library of test cases.
- Prepare and execute regression testing ahead of a release.
- Communicate testing progress, risks and other relevant details to the development team and product owners.
- Act as additional QA resource for the wider global engineering teams when required.
- Investigate and identify issues raised by customer success and escalate these to development to be fixed in future sprints.
- Contribute towards developing the test strategy with the QA team.

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA engineer passionate about automation and manual testing across web and mobile platforms, eager to help us deliver world-class, AI-driven user experiences. The Job: Test Automation & Scripting Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and Selenium for web and mobile applications. Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to support scalable and efficient release cycles. Enhance existing scripts to accommodate evolving features and architectures. Testing Strategy & Execution Design comprehensive manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to product requirements. Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and performance testing across iOS, Android, and multiple browsers. Validate AI-generated content quality and user experience flows. Process Improvement & QA Standards Continuously refine QA practices, tools, and workflows to improve defect detection and reduce regression risk. Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage and early issue identification. Production Monitoring & Release Validation Monitor live environments to verify business KPI alignment and system stability post-deployment. Lead triage efforts for critical issues and ensure timely resolution. Mentorship & Team Collaboration Partner with other senior QA engineers and mentor junior team members. Share knowledge, review test assets, and foster a culture of quality ownership. Issue Reporting & Risk Communication Document and communicate bugs, inconsistencies, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders. Track resolution efforts and support mitigation planning.
