Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
• Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Participate in the review of technical documentation, such as requirements specifications and design documents, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in software quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, implement automated testing solutions, and maintain high standards of software excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and performance issues.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB to query and validate database entries during testing processes.
• Conduct regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to validate software stability and scalability.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document and report bugs and technical issues, and track defects through to resolution.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, with a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB for querying and validating database data.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.

We're looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer who has experience in both manual and automation testing, coupled with a good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Job:

• Test Automation & Scripting
• Design and develop automated test scripts for web/mobile applications, ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and scripts in collaboration with QA Engineers
• Testing Strategy & Execution
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts based on product requirements and features
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms and environments
• Process Improvement & QA Standards
• Define, review, and enhance testing practices, tools, and workflows to support scalable quality assurance
• Implement safeguards against regression and improve early defect detection
• Production Monitoring & KPI Alignment
• Monitor post-deployment changes to ensure they meet expected business KPIs
• Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to validate production impact
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
• Guide and support junior QA team members through training, test reviews, and best practice sharing
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Issue Reporting & Risk Communication
• Communicate bugs, issues, and risks clearly to the QA Lead or relevant stakeholders
• Track resolution status and support mitigation efforts
  
  

Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or a relevant major
• At least 4 years of working experience in a quality assurance position
• Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools
• Experience in SQL, including the ability to design and manipulate test data and validate stored testing procedures
• Possesses a good understanding of the testing life cycle and Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a commitment to the team's schedules and goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Test Automation & Scripting Design and develop automated test scripts for web/mobile applications, ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and scripts in collaboration with QA Engineers Testing Strategy & Execution Develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts based on product requirements and features Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms and environments Process Improvement & QA Standards Define, review, and enhance testing practices, tools, and workflows to support scalable quality assurance Implement safeguards against regression and improve early defect detection Production Monitoring & KPI Alignment Monitor post-deployment changes to ensure they meet expected business KPIs Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to validate production impact Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Guide and support junior QA team members through training, test reviews, and best practice sharing Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement Issue Reporting & Risk Communication Communicate bugs, issues, and risks clearly to the QA Lead or relevant stakeholders Track resolution status and support mitigation efforts

Requirements

The Person:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or a relevant major At least 4 years of working experience in a quality assurance position Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools Experience in SQL, including the ability to design and manipulate test data and validate stored testing procedures Possesses a good understanding of the testing life cycle and Software Development Life Cycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and a commitment to the team's schedules and goals Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, implement automated testing solutions, and maintain high standards of software excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and performance issues. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Utilize SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB to query and validate database entries during testing processes. Conduct regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to validate software stability and scalability. Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Document and report bugs and technical issues, and track defects through to resolution. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, with a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB for querying and validating database data. Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus. We are seeking for QA Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for various different products.
• Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability.
• Innovate testing tools, testing technologies, testing platform, testing lifecycle of product R&D, improve the testing efficiency.
• Involved in testing system setup, technology team planning, construction of testing technology platform.
• Lead and design technology solution and architecture for system integration test, and push solution deployment and implementation.
• Responsible for the system integration test in product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensure product go-live with high quality.
• Research new technologies and new methods in testing domain, apply and promote them, improve industry influence.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Software Quality Assurance in internet and traditional industries, went through large scale software development lifecycle, have rich experience in software development.
• Thorough knowledge of QA theory and methodology.
• Have systematic mindset and experience in software quality assurance, able to prototype and deploy software quality control strategy for a complex system.
• Strong analysis and design skills, capable to develop testing framework and integrate solutions; have experience with RESTful API test, performance test, automation test, security test, black box and white box testing.
• Have experience with programming languages, coding experience and code review, GIT or SVN.
• Strong logical thinking, willing to explore; taking the ownership, great team player.
• Effectively communicate issues with stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Maintain subject matter expertise for the systems under test and use that expertise to create, maintain and extend the test case library.
• Candidate with strong interest or project experience in internet financial service and technology is preferred.
• Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply as we do have entry level position for this role as well.
