ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To report to Head of QA on any quality system matters related to compliance with PICs, GDP, GDPMD guidelines and pharmaceutical quality system.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning for all the QA controlled document such as SOP, batch document, etc.
- Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner for controlled document change, review, approval, distribution, retrieval and retention as per Controlled Document and Record requirements.
- Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the QA office.
- To attend training program and participate actively in co-curriculum and any other program initiated by Human Resource department and Management.
- To maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedure.
- To perform any other tasks as directed by Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

The Quality Assistant is responsible for performing routine analysis and inspection of raw material, WIP and finished goods according to standard operating procedures and QC related to programs. Responsibilities
- Perform relevant physical analysis or any other evaluation of raw materials, in line products and finished products.
- Conduct verification on Metal Detector. Assist Quality on recording and documenting the verification form.
- Maintain a proper record system on all tested samples for easy retrieval, avoid unintended use and dispose of the correct shelf life.
- Daily check the cleanliness of production areas, machines and equipment. Conduct re-inspection on the cleanliness if Swab test/ ATP test failed.
- Assist in investigation into any internal/audit non-conformances or external customer complaint as per instruction by PIC from the Quality department.
- Assist the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices in the plant.
- Report any non-conformance in matter related to food safety and quality systems.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
