Key Responsibilities:

• Data Organization & Management: Maintain and archive technical documents, contracts, drawings, and test reports. Ensure accuracy and timely submission in coordination with project document controllers (DC).
• Document Preparation: Assist engineers in preparing technical and business-related documents, including bid proposals, PPRs, test scripts, and service introduction materials.
• Client Communication: Support engineers in liaising with clients, documenting requirements, and reporting key feedback to management.
• Test Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of testing equipment, oversee warehouse stock-in/out records, and manage annual calibration.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of work experience are welcome.
• Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, and AI.
• Experience as a document controller in M&E installation projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is preferred.
• Must be willing to work at a construction site office.

• Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces, ensuring the resolution and closure of issues.
• Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items.
• Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes.
• Develop and debug automated test scripts or small tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze and compare competitor product metrics, output comparison results, and identify improvement goals.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
• Proficient in software testing design methodologies, capable of formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports.
• Familiar with commonly used Linux commands. Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred.
• Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases.

Automation (Testing) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write automation scripts pertaining to the product flows and use cases.
• Direct quality activities on projects and communicate with relevant parties to ensure management and project quality goals and objectives are met.
• Work independently during ongoing sprint cycles to execute automation test cases and report any issues found to the development team.

Skills Required

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Required: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant industry & work experience with minimum 2 years testing experience capacity is preferable. SDLC knowledge/experience is must. AML/Compliance knowledge is must and MANTAS product knowledge is preferable. Candidate with Citibank experience is preferable.
• Required: Comprehensive knowledge of Technology, Product Processor, Compliance, AML policy, financial services, investment & retail banking products / services – back and middle office operations

• Ability to create complex Oracle SQL queries including Joins, Sub Queries, Rank by Partition, stored procedures and execute them with optimal performance
• Create MS SQL queries and use Access DB as a source for VB macro automation
• Develop, document, and execute regression, functional, and integration tests across various data-centric enterprise applications
• Develop and document test plans, test cases, sql scripts, and assist in automation scripts based on user requirements, condition data (as required); primarily responsible for working with large volume of data validations using complex sql scripts
• Comprehensive understanding or knowledge of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Responsible for testing database program application and developing data model

Micro focus UFT Automation:

• Excellent analytical skills to understand the UAT requirements and design the scripts according to the needs
