Job requirement:
Responsibilities- Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
- Train and provide guidance to QC inspection.
- Create and support the disposition of IFR & MRB.
- Hands on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd opt, SMT would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in Trim and Form, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Strip Visual, Final Visual, Packing, CSAM would be an added advantage.
- Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor.
- Work and support on the Continuous Improvement projects.
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Engineering.
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shift.
- Willing to wear jumpsuit, face mask, ear plug and use microscope while working.
- Good team player.
