Job Description:

- Perform inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and corrective action logs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work closely with suppliers and external partners to address quality concerns.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QC Supervisor or in a similar quality control role.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to lead a team and manage quality-related activities effectively.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Mandarin speaker is required ; Chinese candidates are preferable to facilitate communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software is a plus.

Objective of this role:
Commitment to the quality and integrity of Mazars global audit methodology and thorough quality control that applied to every client engagement. This role focuses on quality control and carries out EQCR to ensure professional standards compliance in our reports.
Main Tasks:
- Stay current on industry development related to engagement standards that impact out business.
- Be and active participant in engagement standard setter activities, which may include conference attendance, task force participation, professional response to comment letters, etc.
- Develop strategies and materials to implement both new and changed standards efficiently.
