Job Description

Develop and implement strategy, approaches, concepts, methodologies, programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing and planned future technologies, packages, products and services as well as for a proactive and reactive quality services for internal.

In your new role you will:

• Act as IFX quality ambassador.
• Influence subcon's quality culture and mindset with IFX's culture and mindset
• Train subcon with IFX quality management practice and deploy the implementation
• Integrate resources internally and externally to enable subcon's quality management process, establish the process capability in developing and manufacturing automotive grade product
• Closely work with development and engineering team to develop automotive grade product through APQP process
• Participate project milestone assessment review and release.
• Participate production readiness assessment identify weakness and drive improvement.
• Support development 8D.
• Maintain the production of automotive grade product through all production control processes such as IQC, IPQC, OQC, reliability assessment etc.
• Management change process, review the evaluation/assessment, approve and implement the change.
• Manage subcon's daily operation in quality aspects, monitor and track quality performance, reporting to OSAT, division and customer where applicable, solve quality problems.
• Coordinate IFX and/or customer audits; lead audit related activities, follow up on closure & improvement; (Lead yearly VDA 6.3 Audit, Support development projects and safe launch / ramp up audit).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum bachelor's degree, good experience in semiconductor assembly or adjacent industry such as EMS, good knowledge of semiconductor assembly material and passive components;
• Experience in engineering, production and/or quality management; Experience in automotive semiconductor or automotive electronics;
• Highly independent, self motivated, passionate in striving for excellence, able to work under high pressure;
• A good problem solver, logical thinking with high analytical skills;
• Good personnel communication skills, able to influence peers and partners;
• A good team player, cooperates with both external customer and internal peer.

• Maintain and update the Firm’s Quality Control Manuals.
• Participate in both regulatory and global control inspections.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, and deliver quality client services with accuracy and in a timely manner.

• Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting or any relevant field
• Qualified accountant – MIA/ACCA/CPA Australia, or equivalent.

• 5-8 years of relevant experiences.
• Demonstrated success in adapting a work environment of about 120 professional.

• Member in any relevant professional bodies
• Holds significant external audit experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams and a good technical expertise
• Knowledge of the MIA Quality Control, Ethics and Independence Standards.
• A demonstrated commitment to excellence in compliance with engagement standards.
• Ability to perform technical consultations and reviews.
• Ability to research and document complex accounting and engagement standards issues.
• Ability to translate high-level technical literature into commonly understood language and usable data.
• People management experience. Excellent communication and people management / development skills, team-player.
• Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills required.

• Follow established engineering principles to determine the process steps required to fabricate and assemble products that meet quality and cost standards. Analyze product specifications, drawings, and engineering data to recommend changes that minimize risks and improve product quality and consistency.
• Participate in continuous improvement, kaizen, and lean projects; coordinate quality improvement activities within your area; establish Verification Matrix activities with the respective CoE; analyze manufacturing data to identify causes of anomalies; initiate NCIR/CAPA requests based on SOP and criteria.

Job Summary

• 1.1 Responsible for Quality Management and Methods on business processes and controls.

• 2.3 Responsible for internal audits (system and process) and external audits (initial factory assessment and surveillance audit by regulatory bodies), such as CSA, UL etc.
• 2.4 Follow up to ensure close loop on all the audit findings and ensure all corrective action implemented on time.
• 2.5 Facilitate training and awareness programs related to ISO quality standards and QMS requirements.
• 2.6 Ensure all the business records are retained as per defined retention period.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent In Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Science.

• Good in technical report writing and include complete data analysis and action recommendation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 Standards and product safety requirement ie. UL, CSA, CCC.
• Preferably Certified Lead Assessor/Auditor or System auditor experiences.
• Familiar with statistical process control methods, capability studies, SPC, FMEA, 8D and other Quality tools.
• Preferable with professional qualification Lead Auditor Certification, Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing Certification
