We're looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer who has experience in both manual and automation testing, coupled with a good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Job:

• Test Automation & Scripting
• Design and develop automated test scripts for web/mobile applications, ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and scripts in collaboration with QA Engineers
• Testing Strategy & Execution
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts based on product requirements and features
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms and environments
• Process Improvement & QA Standards
• Define, review, and enhance testing practices, tools, and workflows to support scalable quality assurance
• Implement safeguards against regression and improve early defect detection
• Production Monitoring & KPI Alignment
• Monitor post-deployment changes to ensure they meet expected business KPIs
• Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to validate production impact
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
• Guide and support junior QA team members through training, test reviews, and best practice sharing
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Issue Reporting & Risk Communication
• Communicate bugs, issues, and risks clearly to the QA Lead or relevant stakeholders
• Track resolution status and support mitigation efforts
  
  

Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or a relevant major
• At least 4 years of working experience in a quality assurance position
• Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools
• Experience in SQL, including the ability to design and manipulate test data and validate stored testing procedures
• Possesses a good understanding of the testing life cycle and Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a commitment to the team's schedules and goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Software Tester Job Summary

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that the software meets project specifications and client expectations. You will work closely with developers and the test team to document and report test results and defects in a clear, concise manner. This is a fully on-site job based in Kuala Lumpur. Test Documentation:

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT , or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years in software testing (manual and/or automated)
• Proven experience designing and executing structured test plans
• Experience in Application Support ro le is an advantage
• Experience in API testing using Postman or scripting
• Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Basic SQL for data validation

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
• Validate software against functional and technical specifications
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues
• Review product specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for testability
• Provide usability and quality feedback to product and development teams
• Develop and execute automation scripts (an advantage)
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project managers
• Deliver data-driven reports on testing progress and release readiness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines

We are seeking for QA Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for various different products.
• Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability.
• Innovate testing tools, testing technologies, testing platform, testing lifecycle of product R&D, improve the testing efficiency.
• Involved in testing system setup, technology team planning, construction of testing technology platform.
• Lead and design technology solution and architecture for system integration test, and push solution deployment and implementation.
• Responsible for the system integration test in product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensure product go-live with high quality.
• Research new technologies and new methods in testing domain, apply and promote them, improve industry influence.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Software Quality Assurance in internet and traditional industries, went through large scale software development lifecycle, have rich experience in software development.
• Thorough knowledge of QA theory and methodology.
• Have systematic mindset and experience in software quality assurance, able to prototype and deploy software quality control strategy for a complex system.
• Strong analysis and design skills, capable to develop testing framework and integrate solutions; have experience with RESTful API test, performance test, automation test, security test, black box and white box testing.
• Have experience with programming languages, coding experience and code review, GIT or SVN.
• Strong logical thinking, willing to explore; taking the ownership, great team player.
• Effectively communicate issues with stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Maintain subject matter expertise for the systems under test and use that expertise to create, maintain and extend the test case library.
• Candidate with strong interest or project experience in internet financial service and technology is preferred.

We are seeking for QA Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, conduct testing, analyze test results, and write test reports.
• Identify and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure software quality standards are met.
• Participate in the improvement of continuous integration and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Baseline understanding of software quality assurance theory and methods
• Familiar in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python etc
• Strong interest in internet financial services and technology

Key Responsibilities: Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for various different products. Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability. Innovate testing tools, testing technologies, testing platform, testing lifecycle of product R&D, improve the testing efficiency. Involved in testing system setup, technology team planning, construction of testing technology platform. Lead and design technology solution and architecture for system integration test, and push solution deployment and implementation. Responsible for the system integration test in product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensure product go-live with high quality. Research new technologies and new methods in testing domain, apply and promote them, improve industry influence. Qualifications: Experienced in Software Quality Assurance in internet and traditional industries, went through large scale software development lifecycle, have rich experience in software development. Thorough knowledge of QA theory and methodology. Have systematic mindset and experience in software quality assurance, able to prototype and deploy software quality control strategy for a complex system. Strong analysis and design skills, capable to develop testing framework and integrate solutions; have experience with RESTful API test, performance test, automation test, security test, black box and white box testing. Have experience with programming languages, coding experience and code review, GIT or SVN. Strong logical thinking, willing to explore; taking the ownership, great team player. Effectively communicate issues with stakeholders and propose solutions. Maintain subject matter expertise for the systems under test and use that expertise to create, maintain and extend the test case library. Candidate with strong interest or project experience in internet financial service and technology is preferred.
