About The Role To perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) primarily for products and campaigns, with a secondary focus on system enhancements / projects / production incidents.Job Responsibilities
- Understand the test strategy & testing scope outline in test plan/script
- Execute end-to-end UAT based on Test Plan/Script
- Report UAT defects/errors in JIRA, or any other identified defect tracking application.
- Promptly perform retest of fixed defects/errors
- Update testing progress on testplan in daily basis
- Compile test plan, test results and supporting documents
- Add / Record the gaps that identified during UAT into a Master List
- Inform BA and relevant parties on completion of UAT
- Perform the tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Timely update of actual time spends of all works in eResource Scheduler.
- Expand skill set & knowledge across business functionality
- Conducting automation testing and automation test result verification
- Feedback to automation team on common scenarios, updated steps
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
- Education - Degree with minimum 2-3 years working experience in financial institution
- Communication - Good command of English in both written and oral
- Skills - L400, Sybase application
- Relevant test execution experience and knowledge in insurance processes
- Good business knowledge understanding

- Collaboration and Communication: communicate status and risk through cohesive summaries; serve as a bridge between development partners and QA teams; provide technical, quantitative, and qualitative feedback; represent QA in meetings to prioritize quality standards.
- Mentorship and Team Support: lead improvements and knowledge sharing across teams; promote professional growth within the QA team; mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies.

About the Role : The Software Quality Assurance Engineer position will require you to improve the existing test methodology identifying new capabilities. You will oversee the entire quality plan for FC football game titles and will report to the QV Development Director and partner directly with the Producer and/or other Designers to establish quality standards and provide both quantitative and qualitative feedback on new features. As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will design and execute test plans, perform functional and exploratory testing, track defects, and ensure high-quality software delivery that aligns with global standards.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT , or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in software testing (manual and/or automated)
- Proven experience designing and executing structured test plans
- Experience in Application Support ro le is an advantage
- Experience in API testing using Postman or scripting
- Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Basic SQL for data validation
Your Daily Tasks
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Validate software against functional and technical specifications
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues
- Review product specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for testability
- Provide usability and quality feedback to product and development teams
- Develop and execute automation scripts (an advantage)
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project managers
- Deliver data-driven reports on testing progress and release readiness
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines
