Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand product features and architecture.
- Derive meaningful test scenarios based on business requirements and system workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing on tasks and epics.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date regression pack to ensure ongoing testing of critical functionalities.
- Write, execute, and maintain test cases for automation.
- Assist in bug reproduction, investigation and work with developers on root cause analysis.
- Maintain test scripts to run in CI/CD environment.
- Promote delivery of quality software.
- Communicate effectively on progress and ensure impediments are raised early to minimise impact on the delivery.
- Proven experience in quality assurance across automated and manual testing within software development with at least 3+ years of experience.
- Should have 2+ years’ experience in front-end, API and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts using tools like Playwright, Cypress, K6 and Postman.
- Strong preference for experience in scripting language such as TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Skilled in using CI/CD tooling such as GitLab, TeamCity etc
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tool.
- Maintain and enhance test documentation including test scenarios and bug reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with a proactive and independent approach.
- Capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously and managing deadlines.
- Relevant testing qualifications such as ISTQB, Agile software testing courses.
- Experience with Playwright using Typescript language.
- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Good to have knowledge in C#
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Role:
ThoughtFull is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure our platform delivers consistent, high-quality experiences across mobile and web. This role combines hands-on quality assurance responsibilities with first-line support – acting as a bridge between end users and the product team to triage urgent bugs, reproduce user-reported issues, and ensure rapid feedback loops between QA and Engineering.
What you will do:

- Reproduce and document issues reported by internal users or clients (e.g., therapists, clinical ops, cs team)
- Triage bugs: assess priority, assign severity, and escalate to Product or Engineering as needed
- Clarify ambiguous reports and communicate known workarounds or fixes to stakeholders
- Maintain a running log of known issues and ensure status updates are shared
- Test Case Management & Documentation
- Write and maintain test cases for core product flows
- Track test execution during sprints and document results with clear outcomes
- Help maintain and refine QA checklists, test plans, and knowledge base documentation

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in QA or software testing
- Experience testing mobile and/or web applications
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to break things constructively
- Able to write clear test cases and reproduce bugs independently
- Good communicator: concise in bug reports and friendly in user interactions
- Familiar with Jira, Figma, Postman, or similar tools

The RoleThoughtFull is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure our platform delivers consistent, high-quality experiences across mobile and web. This role combines hands-on quality assurance responsibilities with first-line support - acting as a bridge between end users and the product team to triage urgent bugs, reproduce user-reported issues, and ensure rapid feedback loops between QA and Engineering.
What you will do- Quality Assurance
- Test new features and fix bugs across mobile (iOS/Android/Huawei) and web platforms
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke tests in staging
- Identify edge cases and log reproducible bugs with detailed steps, environment, and screenshots/logs
- Validate resolved issues before release and verify they meet acceptance criteria
- Maintain clear QA sign-off status for staging releases
- User Issue Triage & First-Level Support
- Monitor Slack, HubSpot, email, or support channels for urgent bugs or user-reported issues
- Reproduce and document issues reported by internal users or clients (e.g., therapists, clinical ops, cs team)
- Triage bugs: assess priority, assign severity, and escalate to Product or Engineering as needed
- Clarify ambiguous reports and communicate known workarounds or fixes to stakeholders
- Maintain a running log of known issues and ensure status updates are shared
- Test Case Management & Documentation
- Write and maintain test cases for core product flows
- Track test execution during sprints and document results with clear outcomes
- Help maintain and refine QA checklists, test plans, and knowledge base documentation
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify edge cases and test coverage
- Propose improvements to QA flows, issue documentation, and handoff clarity
