Job Description
Test Design and Execution:
Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate new features against acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product owners to define acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with QA teams for end-to-end testing.
Maintain regression test scenarios for each release.
Identify, report, and retest defects.
Assist in prioritizing defect backlog.
Deepen business domain knowledge to enhance test design.
Automation and Tooling:
Build reusable automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Promote continuous automation improvements.
Communication and Engagement:
Report testing progress and issues to stakeholders.
Demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant testing experience; fresh graduates with interest are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Understanding of testing methods for functional and non-functional testing.
Experience with risk-based testing and test analysis.
Ability to manage testing activities independently.
Experience testing across platforms (mobile, desktop).
Knowledge of SaaS product testing is a plus.
Understanding of API and RESTful services testing.
Skills & Attributes
Experience with test tools: Azure DevOps, Postman, JMeter.
Experience with automation tools: Cypress, TestComplete, Selenium.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Test Design and Execution:

- Collaborate with QA across teams to ensure holistic end-to-end testing.
- Maintain and execute manual and automated regression test scenarios for every release cycle.
- Identify, report and retest defects.
- Assist in triaging, diagnosing, and prioritizing the defects backlog.
- Continuous deepening of business domain knowledge to improve test design.
Automation and Tooling:
- Build reusable automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipeline.
- Champion continuous improvement of automation capabilities within the team.
Communication and Engagement:
- Facilitate clear reporting of test progress and quality issues to stakeholders (internal and external).
- Demonstrate new features to stakeholders (internal and external).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant software testing experiences, fresh graduates with a keen interest in software testing are encourage to apply
- Experienced with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software testing methods and processes for functional and non-functional tests
- Experience with Risk-based testing, able to evaluate and execute testing approaches based on identified risks.
- Experienced with test analysis, test design and writing scenario based functional tests
- Ability to independently manage, create, and execute testing activities
- Experience with testing applications across various platforms (mobile, desktop).
- Knowledge of n-tier SaaS product development and testing is desirable.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, implement automated testing solutions, and maintain high standards of software excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and performance issues. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Utilize SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB to query and validate database entries during testing processes. Conduct regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to validate software stability and scalability. Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Document and report bugs and technical issues, and track defects through to resolution. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, with a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB for querying and validating database data. Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus. This job is all about finding and fixing issues in web and mobile apps. You might like this job because you’ll work with different teams, improve testing methods, and ensure users have a smooth experience with quality products. Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure application reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and user stories. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report bugs and suggest improvements. Identify, document, and track issues using bug tracking tools and ensure proper follow-up to resolve them. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in the release management process to ensure successful deployment of high-quality applications. Job Requirements
