Job Description:

Test Design and Execution:

  • Design and execute manual and automated functional test scenarios to validate that new features meet acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define clear acceptance criteria for features.
  • Collaborate with QA across teams to ensure holistic end-to-end testing.
  • Maintain and execute manual and automated regression test scenarios for every release cycle.
  • Identify, report and retest defects.

  • Continuous deepening of business domain knowledge to improve test design.

Automation and Tooling:

  • Build reusable automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipeline.
  • Champion continuous improvement of automation capabilities within the team.

Communication and Engagement:

  • Facilitate clear reporting of test progress and quality issues to stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Demonstrate new features to stakeholders (internal and external).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant software testing experiences, fresh graduates with a keen interest in software testing are encourage to apply
  • Experienced with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software testing methods and processes for functional and non-functional tests
  • Experience with Risk-based testing, able to evaluate and execute testing approaches based on identified risks.
  • Experienced with test analysis, test design and writing scenario based functional tests
  • Ability to independently manage, create, and execute testing activities
  • Experience with testing applications across various platforms (mobile, desktop).
