- Handle loan operations (monetary transactions and non-monetary system maintenances) at multiple source systems in RLOC.
- Processing of all instructions received promptly, accurately and within the stipulated turnaround time/SLA.
- Attend to general enquiries from internal customers (ie : Branches, Contact Centre, Mortgage Servicing Hub, PFS-Credit, RCM and other Depts.) promptly and timely.
- Check and review daily and other periodic reports, and take timely action accordingly.
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly/periodic management information system reporting and regulatory reporting.
- Handle business system new/change requirements, testing and enhancement of processing and reporting system according to scheduled timeline.
- Ensure compliance with processes/ procedures stipulated under SOPs, Guidelines, Policies and Regulations, Code of Conduct, Clean Desk Policy, PDPA, AML, DLP, etc. at all times.
- Participate in fungible exercise/load balancing within the dept and handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Ensure that all matters/issues that warrant TL/UH/HOD’s attention are escalated timely, as guided by MGOR.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and archiving of all data and documents.
- Meet minimum Fair audit rating with no critical observations and no repeat of prior audit issues.

- A recognized Degree in any field or any other equivalent qualification.
