Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Financing Officer located in Kuala Lumpur. The Loan Financing Officer will be responsible for:-
- Reviewing the member's application, whether there is a loan application or not.
- Handle the commercial product and campaign.
- Deal with members from applying for loan applications and explain the details about the product or promotion.
- Analyze the financial report, credit or real estate appraisal based on applicant status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer and in Loan Origination
- Strong background in Finance and Underwriting
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Loan Tele-Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing overdue bills and facilitating the collection of payments. Your responsibilities include contacting clients to discuss their debts, negotiating payment terms, and advising on various repayment options. If an agreement cannot be reached, you will take necessary actions to collect outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities :- Make Calls to Clients: Contact clients via phone (home, work, or mobile) to discuss their overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Negotiate Payment Schedules: Work with customers to establish payment schedules that align with their financial situation while ensuring debt recovery.
- Advise Customers: Provide information on various payment options and, if necessary, inform customers about potential further actions for debt collection.
- Maintain Customer Files: Update and manage customer files, recording all contact details and the information provided to the customer regarding their debt.
- Prepare Statements: Create statements for credit departments and banks when customers do not meet payment agreements or fail to establish new ones.
- Write Letters: Draft letters to inform customers about their debts and to credit agencies, insurance companies, lawyers, and employers if payment agreements are not met.
- Answer Phones: Handle incoming calls from customers and other individuals, addressing queries and providing assistance.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related role.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Education: SPM, Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
