We will count on you to:

  • Undertake Property and Business Interruption risk assessment and loss control surveys and produce reports to Marsh and international best practice standards
  • Deliver risk management and loss prevention advice, including provision of timely advice and appropriate internal and external training
  • Assist Clients in managing their risks effectively by identifying and prioritizing the areas for risk improvement
  • Work with Marsh associates to develop new business opportunities including identifying Clients’ specific risk management needs, developing risk solutions and participating actively in Client Request For Proposal (RFPs) and Tenders
  • Provide support to other Marsh offices throughout Asia as required
  • Provide peer support to other Marsh Advisory Consultants in the aspects of risk management and loss prevention

What you need to have:

  • Working experience as a Risk/Loss Control Engineer or Surveyor for at least 5 years, mainly in Property and Business Interruption risk engineering. Experience in providing technical expert advice to clients on risk controls and fire protection systems.
  • Independent, highly motivated, proactive and an aptitude for acquiring new skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all level of personnel, comfortable leading presentations and running risk assessment or similar workshops within clients’ businesses
  • Able and willing to travel extensively
  • Proficient in MS Office, namely Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to build and strengthen relationships with team members – both internal and external.
  • Well organized and disciplined, ability to manage time, work on multiple client projects and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Effective team player, working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Specialised knowledge within one or more industry sectors (energy sector, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of standards and codes relevant to safety, health and environment will be an advantage

  • Recognised degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Good working knowledge of standards and codes (such as NFPA, FM, BS/EN) relevant to buildings, fire protection and security systems.
  • Professional qualification(s) in risk management field e.g. NFPA CFPS, Occupational Safety & Health, Business Continuity, etc.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious and experienced individuals to join our team as an elite Real Estate Professional. This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in the real estate industry, with a focus on higher-end property sales and rentals. As a Real Estate Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and marketing high-potential properties (landed, high-rise, commercial, or industrial)
  • Engaging and building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Conducting viewings, handling negotiations, and closing deals with finesse
  • Using digital tools (WhatsApp, IG, TikTok, PropertyGuru, etc.) to boost property visibility

What We’re Looking For:

  • Cayman Islands Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong sales background with a proven record of closing deals
  • Self-motivated and proactive, but also a team player
  • A good listener with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and confident under pressure
  • Comfortable with common computer systems and CRM platforms
  • Passion for real estate and a genuine love for the Cayman community

Role Description

JOB SUMMARY

Driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
  • Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites.
  • Research the Tenant Mix.
  • Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
  • Coordinate potential site visits with project team.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms with owners/landlords.
  • Maintain good communications and connections with the tenants/landlords.
  • Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation.
  • Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirements.
  • Attend outlet openings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
  • Preferably candidates with real estate experience; however, we will consider those without experience.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to write simple reports in English.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
