  • Design and develop project schedule.
  • Able to interact with project team to gather project data and cost information to update project schedule & identification of variances for baseline schedule.
  • Lead in preparation of monthly project report for submission.

Daily task:

  • Schedule Management: Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes, delays, or modifications during the construction process.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Reporting to Superior on the progress of works of such delayed/critical activities.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in construction planning background.
  • Possess construction knowledge; strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and SEQUENCE OF WORK .
  • Competent in Autocad, Primavera and MICROSOFT PROJECT.
  • Highly competent in Critical Path Analysis.
  • Willing to work hard & work smart
  • Owned transport & willing to travel to site visit within Malaysia

Job Description
  • Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule
  • Partner with key stakeholders including facility owners and global supply management and site construction contractors, etc to look for pull in opportunities
  • Work directly with the schedulers from the various general contractors & design build teams to evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Method (S curve) Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) or other industry widely accepted approach
  • Define and analyze Project critical paths across all schedules and project stages and be able to produce reports, KPI metrics, float trends, lookahead reports, etc.
  • Facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with the project team as well as key stakeholders to walk through the critical path, showcase the critical activities and work with team to mitigate schedule delays
  • Identify critical milestones from overall schedule
  • Validate Contractor approaches/schedule's logic, duration and activities while measuring and reporting of progress against schedule including analysis of project documents to identify potential project impacts
  • Consolidate progress reports for management review including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators.
  • Establish, implement and adhere to Schedule Change Control process including review and agreement of impact of project and scope changes to ensure control is incorporated in the overall project schedule and progress measurement system.
  • Accumulate and access historical data for use in maintaining realistic future planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualifications in project management, engineering or similar function.
  • Minimum 10years’ experience in scheduling, project planning, preferably with data center or high-tech semiconductor background.
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 software and overall schedule understanding.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction sequences of data centre(CSA and MEP) and able to both challenge the General Contractor in their construction timeline and proactively advocate for more efficient construction methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite of products.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Purpose of the role

  • Track, maintain, and manage accurate records of maintenance planning activities and aircraft status in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct maintenance forecasting (manpower/tooling/material), capacity management, and reliability monitoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Produce technical and management reports as required and support financial documentation for invoicing.
  • Observe all safety procedures and report potential hazards for prompt mitigation.
  • Develops, delegates and manages subcontracted planning tasks.
  • Assist the management as and when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
  • Diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
  • Knowledge of EASA/CAA/CAMO regulatory frameworks and maintenance management systems.
  • Proficient in AMOS; strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Other Information

May be required to travel domestically and internationally, and occasionally support activity outside regular hours as business needs dictate.

Job Description Purpose of the role To plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work to ensure the continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the aircraft fleet. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term aircraft maintenance plans in accordance with Approved Maintenance Programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and company requirements. Schedule and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages; generate and distribute man-hour plans and resource forecasts. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and company maintenance schedules, airworthiness directives, modifications, and deferred defects. Liaise and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks and real-time updates. Track, maintain, and manage accurate records of maintenance planning activities and aircraft status in accordance with regulatory requirements. Support and participate in planning meetings (weekly, monthly, pre-input, base maintenance sessions etc.) and collaborate with procurement and supply chain for availability of spares/components.
