Position 1: Senior Project Managers (CSA) - Data Centre Construction - Multiple Vacancies (KL/Cyberjaya/JB)
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management
- Lead the review and management of CSA tender scope, ensuring technical and programme compliance from tender issuance through to award.

Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Delivery Lead to take our high-growth delivery ops machine to the next level. This role is the heartbeat of how we deliver excellence to our AI and ML clients — from day-to-day execution to strategic account management. You’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, own the delivery of complex projects (including multimillion data points), and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage of the process.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone ready to scale delivery from POCs (proof of concepts) to high-volume, recurring data pipelines, and to eventually step into the Head of Delivery role.
Why does this role matter?Chemin is scaling rapidly — from handling a few thousand data rows to millions. This role ensures we don’t just scale fast, but scale with precision, quality, and trust. You’ll be building the playbooks, culture, and delivery engine that powers the next generation of AI models. You won’t just be running projects — you’ll be building the future of work in AI.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage a team of Project Managers and Project Associates, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and escalation support
- Ensure Project Excellence — set up, manage, and monitor delivery pipelines across multiple data annotation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate Across Teams — work closely with our Project Delivery Managers, Technical Program Managers, Talent & Partnership team, and Ops teams to ensure seamless coordination and proactive issue resolution
- Client Management — serve as the escalation point for delivery issues; manage expectations and build trust with both local and international clients
- Operationalize Strategy — translate business and client needs into repeatable delivery processes and playbooks
- Drive Reporting & Visibility — own weekly progress reviews, internal dashboards, and delivery tracking for strategic accounts
- Mentor and Grow Talent — actively coach PMs and Associates to build strong delivery habits, clear communication, and ownership
- Implement Process Improvements — identify inefficiencies in workflow and push changes that improve delivery speed and accuracy
- 7–8 years of project management experience, with 3-5 years of experience leading a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects in fast-moving environments
- Strong client-facing experience — able to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication, planning, and escalation skills
- Experience in data-related projects, tech services, or operations is a strong plus
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and tools like Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and Discord. Experience in tools like n8n, Manus AI, and Workflow 86 is a huge bonus!
- Bias for action, clarity, and problem-solving
- Bonus: experience in data labeling, AI/ML project delivery, or BPO-style operations

About the Role
As a Project Delivery Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of AI data labeling projects for global clients. You'll work alongside our Delivery, Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to ensure projects are set up smoothly, run efficiently, and meet our quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the world of project management, operations, and AI delivery. You'll get hands-on experience across the project lifecycle—while being mentored by experienced team members.
High performers can expect to grow into more senior roles within 12–18 months, including project ownership and client management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of client projects across setup, quality checks, and annotator coordination
- Assist in building project documentation, guides, trackers, and standard workflows
- Monitor task progress and raise any delivery blockers or risks to the project team
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and—depending on the project—with clients
- Help ensure operational tasks (e.g., naming conventions, daily reports, submissions) are done accurately and on time
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, or internal initiatives within the Delivery team
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or internship roles (fresh graduates welcome)
- Able to commit for 3 months and work on-site daily
- Work hours are from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Self-motivated and eager to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal (English proficiency required)
- Positive, open-minded attitude with a growth mindset
- Possessing an interest in AI and experience in dabbling with AI agents and automation is a great plus
