Project Delivery Lead

We're looking for a Project Delivery Lead to take our high-growth delivery ops machine to the next level. This role is the heartbeat of how we deliver excellence to our AI and ML clients — from day-to-day execution to strategic account management. You'll lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, own the delivery of complex projects (including multimillion data points), and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage of the process.

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone ready to scale delivery from POCs (proof of concepts) to high-volume, recurring data pipelines, and to eventually step into the Head of Delivery role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage a team of Project Managers and Project Associates, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and escalation support
• Ensure Project Excellence — set up, manage, and monitor delivery pipelines across multiple data annotation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate Across Teams — work closely with our Project Delivery Managers, Technical Program Managers, Talent & Partnership team, and Ops teams to ensure seamless coordination and proactive issue resolution
• Client Management — serve as the escalation point for delivery issues; manage expectations and build trust with both local and international clients
• Operationalize Strategy — translate business and client needs into repeatable delivery processes and playbooks
• Drive Reporting & Visibility — own weekly progress reviews, internal dashboards, and delivery tracking for strategic accounts
• Mentor and Grow Talent — actively coach PMs and Associates to build strong delivery habits, clear communication, and ownership
• Implement Process Improvements — identify inefficiencies in workflow and push changes that improve delivery speed and accuracy

Requirements

• 7-8 years of project management experience, with 3-5 years of experience leading a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects in fast-moving environments
• Strong client-facing experience — able to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication, planning, and escalation skills
• Experience in data-related projects, tech services, or operations is a strong plus
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and tools like Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and Discord. Experience in tools like n8n, Manus AI, and Workflow 86 is a huge bonus!
• Bias for action, clarity, and problem-solving
• Bonus: experience in data labeling, AI/ML project delivery, or BPO-style operations

As a Project Delivery Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of AI data labeling projects for global clients. You'll work alongside our Delivery, Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to ensure projects are set up smoothly, run efficiently, and meet our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the world of project management, operations, and AI delivery. You'll get hands-on experience across the project lifecycle—while being mentored by experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of client projects across setup, quality checks, and annotator coordination
• Assist in building project documentation, guides, trackers, and standard workflows
• Monitor task progress and raise any delivery blockers or risks to the project team
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and—depending on the project—with clients
• Help ensure operational tasks (e.g., naming conventions, daily reports, submissions) are done accurately and on time
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, or internal initiatives within the Delivery team

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or internship roles (fresh graduates welcome)
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
• Self-motivated and eager to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communicator—both written and verbal (English proficiency required)
• Positive, open-minded attitude with a growth mindset
• Possess interest in AI and experience in dabbling with AI agents and automation is a great plus

Job Description : To ensure clients' need are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the company, clients, vendors and subcontractor organizations.

Responsibilities

• Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets.

Key Roles

• Able to work autonomously, investigate and think analytically to problem-solve in a creative manner.
• Good financial acumen.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing multiple work streams with conflicting priorities.
• Experience in credit collection for BFSI and/or telecommunication industry, & knowledge of credit collection workflow from pre-due to recovery is an added advantage.

Job Description : To ensure clients' need are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the company, clients, vendors and subcontractor organizations. Responsibilities

Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets. Gain a good understanding of internal department roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting. Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SLA. Act as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regards to assigned project. Key Roles

Primary contact for the assigned project on service delivery and support the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. Support end-to-end planning, build and delivery of assigned project. Assist with managing the delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work. Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery. Address performance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives. Provide input of key documents into project/account repositories. Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management and risk management, communication with the client and business compliance to industry rules and guidance. Team Work

Attend and contribute to team meetings in a positive manner. Share information with team members. Be comfortable in working with all stakeholders. Collaborate with other team members to apply new ideas, practices and tools to improve the team’s effectiveness. Perform other duties as required, including covering absences/leave where required. Job Requirements

Diploma or University degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related discipline. A natural team player attitude. Excellent customer service and a good communicator. Communicate effectively in English with all customers and stakeholders. Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges. Able to work autonomously, investigate and think analytically to problem-solve in a creative manner. Good financial acumen. Be proactive and timely to support the deployment of projects ensuring quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing multiple work streams with conflicting priorities. Experience in credit collection for BFSI and/or telecommunication industry, & knowledge of credit collection workflow from pre-due to recovery is an added advantage. Identify and analyze solution gaps, change requests, system design, and ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment. Be part of the internal build team to build and support CRM application.

Key Responsibilities *

Manage And Review Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Analysis

• Work with key stakeholders to deliver project and solution
• Active participation in Solution-related project workshops and provide end-to-end solution
• Facilitate in the requirement gathering process.
• Led the process of developing methods, tools and standards, data validation and documentation.
• Review data and documentation obtained from the requirement analysis and make changes if required.
• Oversee the estimation process for the design and development estimates based on the requirements baselined.
  
  

Oversee Functional And Non-Functional Requirements And Gap Analysis

• Accountable for the quality solution-related service delivery of the tasks assigned
• Actively participate and contribute in technical feasibility study, user requirement evaluation and solution proposal
• Drive and facilitate the process of developing, defining and documenting business personas with regards to roles, goals and challenges of the business.
• Responsible for driving and reviewing deep dive analysis information into areas of user needs to best understand the current trends and existing conditions.
• Understand the gaps identified in the functional areas and evaluate opportunities for future improvements and enhancements.
• Review data from gaps analysis.
• Develops Source-to-Business Analyst Mapping Documents and Classification Table to be forwarded to Development Team as when necessary.
  
  

Provide oversight function on Functional and Non-Functional Specification Document Development

• Verify and incorporate any changes to the Functional Specification Document (FSD) if required, by incorporating inputs from the Business Requirement Document (BRD), functional and non-functional requirements and data conversion.
• Finalise and review Functional Specification Document (FSD) and disseminate to Project Management team for onward follow up with Business Users for final sign-off.
• Develop Source-to-Business Analyst Mapping Documents and Classification Table and IDD from vendors.
• Develop copybook and DR from vendors.
• Lead FSD walkthrough session with stakeholders if required.
• Ensure that the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is updated with the Functional Specification Document (FSD) reference.
• Develop and maintain Interface Master List (IML) and ensure that it is updated as per the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Interface Design Document (IDD) reference
• Prepare Configuration Information Change Request i.e. to provide information on parameter change request before being implemented to SIT / UAT / Production environment.
  
  

Manage Configuration Information Change Request (CIR)

• Prepare the Configuration Information Change Request
• Attend Configuration Approval Board (CAB) meeting to obtain CIR approval from CAB.
• Any change requests are raised by downstreams for any major changes if any.
  
  

Analyse Variation of Order

• Analyse the variation order to identify importance of variation to initial requirement.
• Notify Business Analyst if FSD adendum is required. If not required, notify Business Analyst to amend existing FSD according to variantion. Review FSD addendum/ FSD amendments prepared by Business Analyst.
• Lead the FSD and IDD addendum walkthrough session and send to Project Management for FSD and IDD addendum sign off process.
• Ensure updates are made to the RTM and IML with FSD and IDD reference for UAT.
  
  

Unit Testing, System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test

• Review test scenarios for UT, SIT, and UAT.
• Ability to provide support for application under testing, conduct validation, investigation and resolve any technical issues reports
• Work with vendor and provide assistance/support for coding and unit testing
• Support and clarify any defect raised for UT, SIT and UAT.
• For any defects, business rules to be amended as well.
  
  

Project Go-Live

• Plan and execution production system implementation
• Provide technical support during project go-live
  
  

Other Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of relevant products and suport methods to provide end-to-end solution to business users and project team.
• Ability to perform system impact assessment for given change request, perform/review system design, prepare functional and technical specification, ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment
• Technically competent to provide technical advise/resolutions to team members and involve in software changes
• Assist in implementation of project deliverables and enhancements
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX of platform and software investment to ensure achievement of low cost and high quality delivery.
• Adheres to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and application funcationalities.
• Ensuring that all technology enhancements are reviewed collectively with Technology teams in order to future proof solutions in order to minimize additional investment in the mid/long term.
• Oversee the support of applications while within the warranty period.

Job Specification *

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/ Diploma etc)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business IT or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Professional Qualification and/ or Regulatory, Licensing requirements

• In depth IT product knowledge of major applications.
• Microsoft D365 certified (preferred)
  
  

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in banking related SaaS solution, preferably Microsoft D365 CRM system.
• Work or involve in projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
• Experienced with SDLC Process Design such as ARIS, requirements engineering process and creation of functional specifications.
• Strong Experience in Cloud-based system implementaion project or financial service CRM project.
• Candidates who have experiences in Microsoft D365 Sales module implementation will be strongly considered
