Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Project Management related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in palm oil mill projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of palm oil mill processes and construction methods is highly preferred.
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites (domestic/overseas).

Role Description

UST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce clouds. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary. Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, in your capacity as Scrum Master. Guide and coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement change management processes effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Salesforce project management framework.

Key Role Requirement

At least 10 years of IT experience. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects of varying complexities. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrable experience in leading teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Required Certifications:

Must Have

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile Certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Good To Have

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant. Other relevant Salesforce certifications.

About The Role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within CoverGo's operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

What You Will Do

Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs Participate in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission, and review) Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clients Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients Manage project progress and adapt work as required Ensure projects meet deadlines Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders Host regular/weekly project review and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metrics Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies Continuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary

-A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred -4+ years proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry. -Strong technical background with knowledge of database and systems management, Active Directory, Office 365 management, Saas Technologies, Cybersecurity. -Languages: Fluent Written and Spoken English required -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. -Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. -Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. -Ability to obtain a strong understanding of the product or solution's value to the customer's business. -Ability to develop a high-level understanding of the product/solutions architecture, components, and configuration. Ability to learn to navigate various screens and components of the product/solution. 1. Production Oversight:

  • Involved in the selection and training of factory personnel.
  • Ensure staff safety during shift work and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

3. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all products meet company standards and specifications.
  • Report any production issues or concerns to management promptly.

4. Inventory and Maintenance:

  • Oversee the stocks of raw materials, ensuring availability for production needs.

  • Establish and manage a maintenance logbook and spare parts inventory.

5. Logistics:

  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of containers and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and order.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or another equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a related field, preferably in production management.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in standard office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
