Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce clouds. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary. Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, in your capacity as Scrum Master. Guide and coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement change management processes effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Salesforce project management framework.
Key Role Requirement
At least 10 years of IT experience. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects of varying complexities. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrable experience in leading teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Required Certifications:
Must Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile Certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Good To Have
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant. Other relevant Salesforce certifications.

Project Coordinator
to support our project management team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will also be required to facilitate a smooth hand over of the project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and action plans. Break down projects into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities, and establish timelines to ensure each phase of the project is executed efficiently. Oversee scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and organizing essential project-related paperwork. This includes managing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports. Assist in the procurement process by ensuring resources and equipment are available when needed, thereby preventing delays in project execution. Maintain up-to-date documentation and generate regular status reports to keep all stakeholders informed on project milestones and performance. Assist in the post project support and handover to ensure business as usual until the relevant parties and processes can run unsupervised. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred (or an equivalent mix of education and experience). Prior work experience in project coordination or a similar role is desirable. Familiarity with the methodologies and tools of project management is essential. Proficiency with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications) and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective dialogue with internal teams and external clients. Adept at identifying potential risks, analyzing challenges, and formulating solutions in a dynamic project environment. About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and service. -Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and lead cross-functional teams to most effectively address critical product issues at customer sites. -Develops and executes action plans to resolve critical product issues impacting the customer or the business relationship. -Develop strong partnerships with the customer’s business and operational leaders to drive focus on product value realization. -Advocate for customers during onboarding efforts and assist with the coordination and execution of operational tasks such as training and knowledge transfer. -Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new solutions according to the company's objectives -Understand the short-term and long-term business objectives of each customer, enabling them to achieve those goals and objectives using our products. -Provide proactive guidance, planning, and recommendations for achieving and maintaining the overall health of a customer's environment. -Be the internal advocate for the customer to facilitate the resolution of customer issues through the coordination of efforts among internal organizations (technical support, incident and escalation management, product development, product management, and executive leadership teams) -Pro-activelyanalyze tickets and interactions and identify education requirements. -Deliver QBRs with customers in conjunction with sales to review service levels, product health, usage metrics, and customer environment performance. -Work with the relevant technical teams to pro-activelyhandle customer configurations and recommend customer environment upgrades and add-ons -Maintain a close working relationship with multiple organizations, including Support, Pre-Sales, PSO, CSM, and Sales -Understand and communicate the customer’s needs to the Account Team -Keep the customer informed of key information that may be critical to their success (e.g., product road-maps, new product releases, best practices, customer events, or organizational changes) Qualifications
-A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred -4+ years proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry. -Strong technical background with knowledge of database and systems management, Active Directory, Office 365 management, Saas Technologies, Cybersecurity. -Languages: Fluent Written and Spoken English required -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. -Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. -Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. -Ability to obtain a strong understanding of the product or solution's value to the customer's business. -Ability to develop a high-level understanding of the product/solutions architecture, components, and configuration. Ability to learn to navigate various screens and components of the product/solution. - The Production Manager oversees all aspects of PVC product manufacturing. This role requires effective coordination with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Oversight:
- Manage the entire production process for PVC products to ensure quality and efficiency. Liaise with the office to coordinate scheduling and delivery.
2. Staff Management:
- Supervise staff members by shift, ensuring adequate coverage and performance.
- Involved in the selection and training of factory personnel.
- Ensure staff safety during shift work and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products meet company standards and specifications.
- Report any production issues or concerns to management promptly.
4. Inventory and Maintenance:
- Oversee the stocks of raw materials, ensuring availability for production needs.
- Maintain machinery daily and organize a yearly shutdown maintenance schedule.
- Establish and manage a maintenance logbook and spare parts inventory.
5. Logistics:
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of containers and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and order.
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area and around machinery.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or another equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a related field, preferably in production management.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in standard office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
