Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the project controls team and activities locally and regionally. You will engage in portfolio planning, planning and controls, risk and change management follow-up, as well as status reporting and forecasting of progress. You will also showcase your expertise by developing skills of the respective Project Planning and Control team and other relevant stakeholders.

Work model for the role is: Hybrid

• Ensuring that the project planning and controls function is compatible with the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilled resources, and directed appropriately.
• Leading the local, regional, or global Project Planning and Control team to establish and enforce an effective project controls approach.
• Developing and continuously improving project controls processes on the regional or local level based on ABB guidelines and industry best practices.
• Ensuring that project controls activities for the project portfolio are in line with ABB instructions and guidelines and are adequate to implement contractual agreements with ABB customers.
  
  
  

• You are highly skilled in Primavera in executing resource planning, scheduling, KPI for the Offshore Solutions Teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with very good understanding of project management.
• You are passionate about leading and implementing standard process across the team, always aiming continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive our global new product development (NPD) roadmap
• Lead end-to-end innovation projects: concepting, formulation, testing, regulatory, commercialisation and go-to-market
• Collaborate cross-functionally with keys sales channel leaders, supply chain, quality, brand, e-commerce, marketing, regulatory and finance teams
• Stay ahead of global trends in supplements, functional beverage and snacks, and health & wellness - and translate insights into commercially viable products
• Ensure all new products are compliant, scientifically backed, and aligned with brand strategy
• Manage timelines, critical paths, budgets and documentation with precision and accountability

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in product development within supplements, FMCG or functional health
• Strong understanding of effective, trending ingredients and formulations that deliver real benefits
• Demonstrated project management expertise – organised, timeline-focused, and solutions-oriented
• Not essential, but experience with international regulatory frameworks (TGA, FDA, HSA, etc.) is a bonus
• Strong cross-functional management and communication skills
• Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field
• Highly detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for execution

• Education: Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or related certifications are advantageous.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience with Contact Center Solution, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications eg. MS Project, Words, Excel, and Power Point
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Client Interaction: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations while dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Job Function:

• Project Manager for hospitality master planning projects. Project team would also consist of Principal Consultant, Designers, Graphics Coordinator and Technical Assistant.
• Main point of contact between the company and other project stakeholders such as Client, Hospitality Operator, Architect, and other Consultants.
• Project management, managing deliverables, design review and design coordination.
• To effectively manage and monitor project deliverables schedules.
• To effectively communicate and coordinate with project team (Architect, MEP Consultants, C&S Consultants, Client) on day-to-day basis.
• To effectively audit and review internal design documentation such as drawings, documents etc.

• Track and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
• Utilize the e-Procurement System to raise Purchase Requests (PR)
• Act as an I-Supplier user to claim project management fees on behalf of RHB Property Sdn Bhd
