Job Overview
The Project Execution Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging project execution and sales functions. This role ensures smooth project delivery by integrating sales commitments with execution capabilities, managing technical feasibility, and maintaining strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to assess project feasibility, scope, and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and quotations for laboratory projects.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure project specifications align with actual conditions.
- Provide technical clarifications to clients and support negotiations on project scope.
- Project Planning & Execution Coordination
- Develop detailed execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution by aligning contract terms with deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulations.
- Client  Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, sales, and execution teams.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the project.
- Support post-installation services, including training, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Commercial & Process Improvement Support
- Work with the finance team to track project costs, variations, and payment schedules.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements in project execution and sales handover.
- Assist in market research for new product offerings and service enhancements.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in project execution, technical sales, or engineering roles, preferably in laboratory projects, construction, or M&E industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory furniture, fume hoods, high-purity gas systems, and ventilation systems.Â
- Understanding of AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and CRM softwareÂ
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for laboratory setupsÂ
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Â

What you’ll do:
- Own and drive our global new product development (NPD) roadmap
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects: concepting, formulation, testing, regulatory, commercialisation and go-to-market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with keys sales channel leaders, supply chain, quality, brand, e-commerce, marketing, regulatory and finance teams
- Stay ahead of global trends in supplements, functional beverage and snacks, and health & wellness - and translate insights into commercially viable products
- Ensure all new products are compliant, scientifically backed, and aligned with brand strategy
- Manage timelines, critical paths, budgets and documentation with precision and accountability
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in product development within supplements, FMCG or functional health
- Strong understanding of effective, trending ingredients and formulations that deliver real benefits
- Demonstrated project management expertise – organised, timeline-focused, and solutions-oriented
- Not essential, but experience with international regulatory frameworks (TGA, FDA, HSA, etc.) is a bonus
- Strong cross-functional management and communication skills
- Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field
- Highly detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for execution
- Passion for fitness, gym culture and improving lives through better health
