Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure effective pricing implementation, enhancing the efficiency of Jabil’s global price administration and maintaining competitive advantage.
- Build successful relationships with the purchasing team and suppliers to facilitate new negotiated prices.
- Monitor supply chain performance using established metrics.
- Collaborate within Supply Chain and Purchasing to resolve supply chain issues.
- Master the supply chain tools used in the global price administration process to ensure they meet business needs.
- Track and communicate changes and improvements in Supply Chain KPIs.
- Assist Business Units in identifying opportunities for cost reduction in sourced components.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and local language (if applicable).

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. As our Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of launching and stabilizing new client operations in our Contract Logistics business. Your ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex onboarding projects will ensure smooth transitions and operational excellence for our customers.
**How you create impact**
+ Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding initiatives, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
+ Coordinate across internal teams (operations, IT, HR, finance, and commercial) to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Act as the primary customer interface during the onboarding process, ensuring alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.
+ Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and maintain project momentum.
+ Prepare and present regular project updates and post-mortem reports to senior stakeholders and customers.
+ Ensure that customer SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes are documented, tested, and ready before go-live.
+ Drive continuous improvement in onboarding methodology, toolkits, and best practices.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ A relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
+ 5-7 years' experience managing onboarding or implementation projects in contract logistics, 3PL, or related sectors.
+ Proven track record of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
+ PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
+ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, and logistics processes.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations and internal teams.
+ Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Fluent in English and local language (if applicable).
