Job Summary:
Assist Superior and Head of Department/ Section for the well-being of Civil/Electrical/Mechanical construction, maintenance and supervise work at PTP Area.
Key Duties:
- To supervise and monitor of all the maintenance, upgrading and renovation works carry out by the Contractor at PTP Area.
- To prepare monthly inspection report based on checklist planning.
- Assist Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered according to the specifications and requirements of the Contract, on time, and with quality.
- Update and make available project progress, status, and challenges with timely submission.
- Responsible and attend to on-call duty, major breakdown or emergency promptly.
- Shall ensure all work complied with all local legislation such as Electricity Supply Act 1990, Electricity Regulations 1994, Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER 2008), OSHA, FMA, and PTP requirements.
- To coordinate and carry out in-house maintenance and repair minor works.
- To execute any duties directed by superior from time to time.
- To attend training as conducted by the company.
- Assist Superior in ensuring all Contractors comply with PTP HSSE regulation.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1 year experience in engineering field
- Able to assist cost estimates for work including taking data, prepare sketches and diagrams
- Able to carry-out inspection of works and provide an assessment of the works
- Review drawings and specifications pertaining to construction works and repairs
- Prepare reports from site visit, surveys or field inspection
- Possess Electrical Maintenance skills
- Ability to handle electrical breakdown and troubleshoot in safety manner
- Able to monitor contractors works

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project development, proposal engineering, or a similar role in the solar energy or renewable energy industry. Experience in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope). Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, mounting structures, and energy storage systems. Knowledge of Malaysian renewable energy policies, grid interconnection processes, and technical standards. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Language:
Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin (written and spoken, need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients). Willingness to travel. space. What you will be doing: Growing and managing existing accounts, winning new accounts, selling through distribution
partners and defining the strategy for Mexico. The work environment is remote. You will be working with a team of professionals
in presales, after sales and marketing and also interact with inside sales in the company headquarters.
The Role:Sales Manager for Project Development
This position is based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with periods working from home and frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the growth of GoodWe.
• Define actions and strategies to raise brand awareness to key customers and position GoodWe’s products in the market.
• Responsible for establishing, developing, maintaining and reinforcing solid relationship with key customers within the PV
• Actively pursue sales opportunities and pipelines, create and nurture strong and resilient business relationships with strategic
partners like project Developers, EPC´s, Technical advisors, investors and other project stakeholders.
• Lead the prequalification process and the tendering, prepare technical and commercial proposals with the support of the
technical team.
• Lead the contract negotiations with the customer for large projects
• Deeply understand customer´ business model, strategy and needs in order to bring them the best possible support and
• Build a strong cooperation and work closely with the Marketing department and participate to exhibitions In Pakistan.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the PV industry.
• Business development expertise with a proven sales track record in the PV industry.
• Highly experienced in project sales contract negotiations and tendering skills.
• Strong understanding of IPP´s, EPC´s d technical advisors business needs in the Solar industry.
• Previous sales experience within solar inverter vendors is preferred.
• Solid understanding of inverter technology, supply contracts and PV market trends.
• Familiar with industry standards and practices.
• Able to work with high degree of independence
