Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and Coordination: Project engineers/coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating engineering projects from start to finish. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Resource Management: They manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials required for project execution. This involves scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
  3. Technical Expertise: Project engineers/coordinators apply their technical knowledge to oversee engineering design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operations. They may review technical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  4. Budget and Cost Control: They develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. This includes tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies is crucial. Project engineers/coordinators assess risks related to technical aspects, scheduling, budget, and safety, implementing measures to minimize these risks.
  6. Communication: Effective communication is key. Project engineers/coordinators regularly communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  7. Quality Assurance: They oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. This involves conducting inspections, testing procedures, and resolving any quality issues that arise during the project.
  8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation is essential. Project engineers/coordinators prepare progress reports, documentation of project milestones, technical reports, and other required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards is a priority. Project engineers/coordinators stay informed about industry regulations and best practices, implementing necessary measures to comply with legal requirements.
  10. Problem Solving: They troubleshoot technical issues and unexpected challenges that arise during projects, identifying solutions and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead projects effectively.

  • Support new product development with ingredient and science input

  • Manage timelines, progress, and deliverables across departments

  • Respond to questions about product science with clarity and confidence

Who You Are
  • Degree in Pharmacy , Nutrition , Food Science , Naturopathy , or Medical Sciences preferred
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience is a plus — but we welcome ambitious applicants ready to prove themselves
  • Strong communication skills, especially in presenting or simplifying complex ideas
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English; speaking more than one language is a plus
  • Willing to travel internationally when needed

We are looking for project coordinators who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, perform documentation update, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The project coordinator will coordinate and monitor the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly including but not limited to communicating with the stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, scope statement, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Organising all project-related documents for easy access.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Assist with resource scheduling.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • On-boarding new members to the project management team by sharing the process flow, common data environment, standard project management folder structure, project template and other resources around the project management team.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in business, IT, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience using project management principles, coordinating projects and events within complex work streams, organising workflow and creating and managing schedules with strong organisational skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Added advantage:
  • Project management related certification such as CAPM, Google Project Management Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Business analytics skillset.
  • Knowledge in change management.

Summary Of Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with our existing Project Delivery team to assist with the management and delivery of key projects across the APAC region.

We are looking for an organised and analytical individual who will be responsible for providing support on the coordination, implementation and completion of digital project for clients across a variety of industries. The role will require you to understand statements of work and provide tracking and administrative support against SOW requirements. It requires someone who is comfortable working with budgets and financial management across multiple projects at one time. The role is client facing and would suit a professional comfortable working in a changing environment.

The Role


  • Oversee the timely delivery of each project, ensuring it remains within scope
  • At times, act as principal point of contact for the client
  • Develop the project SOW, including objectives, scope, resources, budget, and timeline
  • Prepare a project plan and document project progress for review by Engagement Managers and Clients
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations
  • Manage project tasks and schedules
  • Manage project budgets, updating core documentation and systems to reflect project progress
  • Mitigate risk and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Evaluate success of projects against established criteria


Requirements


  • 2 + years working in a similar client support position
  • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or any other CRM system
  • Experience using Microsoft .xlsx, Google Sheets any other spreadsheet program
  • Exposure to project management processes and terminology highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate processes and expectations with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity working with contracts and SOW’s, understanding requirements and understanding risk preferred
  • Understanding of different project types and associated administrative processes.
  • Experience in creating reports, completing basic data analysis and interpretation.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes preferred
  • Experience using Jira or any other project management tooling desirable

  • Gathers information for weekly communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information for projects including project status, resolving project issues, problems, and changes.
  • Organizes verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.

  • Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

Job Summary

We are looking for project coordinators who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, perform documentation update, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The project coordinator will coordinate and monitor the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly including but not limited to communicating with the stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, scope statement, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Organising all project-related documents for easy access.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Assist with resource scheduling.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • On-boarding new members to the project management team by sharing the process flow, common data environment, standard project management folder structure, project template and other resources around the project management team.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in business, IT, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience using project management principles, coordinating projects and events within complex work streams, organising workflow and creating and managing schedules with strong organisational skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Added advantage:
  • Project management related certification such as CAPM, Google Project Management Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Business analytics skillset.
  • Knowledge in change management.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and contacts to achieve progress on objectives.
