Job Overview
The Project Execution Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging project execution and sales functions. This role ensures smooth project delivery by integrating sales commitments with execution capabilities, managing technical feasibility, and maintaining strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have both technical and commercial expertise in laboratory projects and cleanroom, including lab furniture, fume hoods, gas systems, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to assess project feasibility, scope, and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and quotations for laboratory projects.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure project specifications align with actual conditions.
- Provide technical clarifications to clients and support negotiations on project scope.
- Project Planning & Execution Coordination
- Develop detailed execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution by aligning contract terms with deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulations.
- Client  Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, sales, and execution teams.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the project.
- Support post-installation services, including training, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Commercial & Process Improvement Support
- Work with the finance team to track project costs, variations, and payment schedules.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements in project execution and sales handover.
- Assist in market research for new product offerings and service enhancements.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in project execution, technical sales, or engineering roles, preferably in laboratory projects, construction, or M&E industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory furniture, fume hoods, high-purity gas systems, and ventilation systems.Â
- Understanding of AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and CRM softwareÂ
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for laboratory setupsÂ
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Â

Responsible for the successful execution of the Dynamics 365 rollout within Malaysia and Singapore. As the face of IT locally regarding Dynamics 365, this role ensures alignment with regional strategy, manages local implementation activities, and coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Local Implementation Delivery
- Drive ERP, integration, reporting, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Ensure local readiness and alignment with regional timelines and strategy.
- Coordinate with local and external teams to manage dependencies and deliverables.
2. Project Governance & Methodology
- Apply regional PMO governance standards, tools, and documentation practices.
- Track project progress using ADO, SharePoint, and MS Project dashboards.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with local business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication between local and regional stakeholders.
- Support the working committee and local MY &SG leadership team on status meeting & update
- Execution and coordination of cutover, ensuring business continuity.
- Support early life operations and transition to BAU.
5. Change Impact & Readiness
- Support change impact assessments on your area of responsibility and readiness planning.
- Coordinate training and communication with business stakeholders.
- Monitor local satellite system Integrator deliverables against SOW and SLA.
- Ensure quality of service and timely execution.
7. Day-to-Day Project Coordination
- Manage local meeting invites and scheduling.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Coordinate logistics for visitors and onsite activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience working with ERP systems,
- Proven expertise in ERP for Finance and Supply Chain is essential, ideally with Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex topics clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management—able to build trust, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
- Detail-oriented and accountable—takes ownership of deliverables and follows through with precision.
- Proficient in project tools such as ADO, SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
